A good-humouredly smile cracked on Toni's lips making her eyes crinkle at the corners and making her cheeks puff out.
She jested, "Owhhss? Di nga? Ang galing mo talagang mag-joke."
"I'm not joking, Cee. Ako talaga gumawa niyan," Sam opposed, concluding with a waggish wink.
Immediately after Toni heard 'Cee' dripped from his mouth, her eyes swelled out and she almost choked on the hot, rejuvenating coffee. It had been a long time since Sam called her that since it was a nickname -- or more so a term of endearment, that he gave and addressed her to express his affection. It was something that she also had to bury and forget when she was trying to move on from him. It's amazing how just this three-letter name can bring back the wonderful and lovely memories she shared with him.
Breathing heavily, she fought hard to lay to rest the reminisces wildly whizzing in her head. Once they were temporarily expunged from her mind, she focused on mustering all her willpower to control her emotions and reclaim her composure.
Sam, however, seeing Toni's reaction to what he said, eyed her in bewilderment. 'What did I just say? Bakit parang na-surprise siya? Did I say something wrong?'
He repeated what he said in his head and gulped. The name slipped out of his mouth instinctively and naturally. It wasn't surprising at all that he called her 'Cee' again since his emotions and feelings towards her were once more active and kicking and generally, full of beans. So, unlike Toni, Sam enjoyed the recollections and memoirs that the name generated back to his mind. A smile crawled to his face, the happiness and pleasure that he was feeling inside materialising physically.
Toni, who was back to her normal self, shifted away from Sam. Then, she seized the script with her free hand and uttered, her eyes concentrated on the stapled papers, "Thank you ulit, Sam. Magkita na lang ulit tayo mamaya pag magte-tape na."
"Okay," Sam muttered, smiling slightly. He wanted to give Toni a peck on her cheeks before walking away but he decided not to because she looked so engrossed to memorizing her lines.
Toni tilted her head back and watched Sam retreated through the mirror in front of her. She sighed with relief before getting back to committing to memory the script in her hand.

6:00 am (On location -- inside the living room)
Sam and Toni just finished taping one of the confrontation scenes and Direk Joel were greatly satisfied withit.
There was some snapping and popping noises coming from the front door of the house that they were taping at. Sam and Toni snapped their heads towards the door while Direk Joel headed off to know what was happening outside. He opened the door and his jaw dropped. His eyes squinted as cameras came flashing everywhere. There was a throng of reporters casually shoving each other. Four of them were squashed in the small door frame while the others were dragged by the security staff.
