I had needed some new TøP CDs, so I went to the closest music store to buy them. I took my friend Sky with me. I swear to god, they were praying to find at least one MCR album.
I searched for the newest TøP CD, and casually glanced to see if I found a MCR album.
I finally found a TøP CD, but there was only one left. I quickly went for it, as someone else did too.
"Can I please have this?" I begged.
I looked up at the dude who grabbed it.
"Uh, sure," he said handing me the CD. "I can just awkwardly ask Tyler and Josh for one..."
"What?" I asked not believing what I heard.
"Oh," he said realizing what he had stated. "Nothing. I mumble. Sorry."
"It's fine," I replied.
"Okay," he said. "Hey, you're cute. You like TøP. Wanna go out with me?"
"Uh, sure." I looked down at CD and began fiddling with it.
He picked up my face with his finger. He looked at me. "My name is Pete."
"I'm (Y/N)," I replied.
We stayed looking at each other.
"For the love of god!" Sky yelled from the other side of the store. "Just kiss em' already!"
"Oh, shut up!" I yelled. "Just go back to finding that damned MCR album."
"Not until Mr. Wentz here kisses you!" Sky insisted.
I had no choice, because I knew they were persistent, but to kiss Pete. I placed my hands on Pete's face and kissed him.
"Was not expecting that," he admitted.
"There! I kissed Mr. Wentz," I shouted. "Wait, how do you know him?"
"He's kinda a big deal, dude," Sky admitted, finally making their way to the side of the music store we were in.
"Who is this guy?!" I asked angrily, pointing at Pete.
"That's the damn bassist of Fall Out Boy," Sky said. "Told you he's a big deal."
"Dayum," I said.
"Datum yourself," Pete joked.
"I'm going to go buy the CD," I said, awkwardly walking away. I leaned over to Sky. "Get that autograph."
Sky nodded. "No problem."
