You had gotten so many text messages from Pete, which were all reasons he couldn't come home.

6:19 pm

Pete - Joe is making us stay and rehearse longer. I'll be home soon.

7:30 pm

Pete - Still rehearsing. Sorry, princess.

8:18 pm

Pete - Joe finally fell asleep. Be home in 10 minutes.

9:45 pm

 You - Where are you?

Pete - I'm coming home right now!

Twenty minutes passes by. Pete still hasn't come home yet.

You decide to Skype him. It rings. Finally he picks up.

"I have to leave," you hear Pete say.

"Aw," a girl says. "Really?"

"Yeah," Patrick says, as you hear him kiss her. "See you tomorrow?"

"Ok," the girl says.

Saddened, you hang up the call.

He's cheating on me, you say to yourself.

You throw your phone onto the ground, causing the screen to crack.

You run to your and Pete's room.

The sadness has now turned into anger. You throw all of Pete clothes on the ground and put yours in a bag.

You see Pete's guitar in the closet. You had an idea, why don't I kill apart of him, too?

You pick up the guitar and go into the living room. You smash the T.V with the guitar.

Soon after, your anger dies down, and the sadness comes back. You grab the bag full of your clothes and open the door to leave.

As you open the door, you see Pete pull into the driveway.

"Crap," you mumble.

Pete sees you standing in the doorway with the bag.

He gets out of his car. Pete didn't fully park it.

You began tearing up.

"(Y/N)!" Pete shouts. "Wh-what are you doing?"

"Leaving," you say confident enough.

"Why?" Pete asks, surprised.

"Your cheating on me," you point out.

"How do you know?" Pete asks, starting to break down.

"Skype," you say.

"Oh," he says. "Well, then go."

"What?" You ask shocked.

"Go," Pete repeats. "You deserve better, so I'm not going to stop you. You deserve someone who is going to love you, and only you. So, go."

"Ok," you say. "but you may not want to go in there."

"Why?" Pete asks.

"Just wait until I'm gone to find out," you say, running.

When you were at least a block away, you hear Pete yell... and curse a little.
