Annie's P.O.V
yeah i'm switching it up on ya.
"Annie, will you go out with me?" Gale's voice boomed. I turned bright red. Everyone was looking at me. I don't know what to say.
Everyone looks confused. Finnick and Johanna look mad. Why are they mad? I didn't do anything. Does Johanna like Gale? That might be why they're mad.
"Ehm.." Is all I could let out. His face is disappointed right now with the little noise I can make out.
Gale's a nice guy, but he isn't the one I like. I like Finnick. But I've known him forever. He doesn't like me back. Why would he like me? All the prettier girls like Delly hit on him. He doesn't like me. Maybe I should move on. I will move on. That's right. I'm over Finnick Odair.
".S-Sure." I finally spit out. Gale's disappointment turns into happiness. Everyone is still confused. I kinda am too.
"So.. Wanna go to a movie Friday?" He asks. Finnick then leaves my side and storms out with his stuff. Johanna quickly follows catching up to him.
This is awkward.
"..Yea sure." I said.
I say that..but.. I'm not over Finnick Odair.
