Chapter Twenty Two

"I have an announcement!" Johanna yells. Her huge smile worries me. I hope this isn't bad. Knowing Johanna it be something like.. "I'm planning a robbery, and you're all involved."

The room is silent, Johanna doesn't continue to tell us what she was going to say. "Well what is it?" Clove breaks the silence by saying something we all were thinking.

    "My mom said that she got rooms for us in that fancy hotel in 4 next to the shore. We're going there today and staying there til tuesday!" Johanna shares her announcement, not about a robbery, and we all cheer. "What are you guys waiting for? Get packing!" She says leaving us to go back to our dorms. Annie walks with Clove and I since hers is on the way.

    "I'm so excited!" Annie tells us, Clove and I nod in agreement as she continues, "You guys will love it there! I went there once when I was 9 years old, I met Finnick here!" Hm...she met Finnick here..this would be a nice time for him to ask her out if he wasn't to big of a whimp.

    "Okay we'll have your word on it Ann. If it isn't as good as you say then you have to do our laundry for a month." Clove jokes around, but Annie's so nice she would do it even if it was as good as she told us.

    "Deal. Well this is where I go, see you guys after you're done packing!" Annie says stepping into her dorm with her roommate, who I don't know and never met, greets her.

    Right when the door closes Clove speaks up, " I swear if Finnick doesn't make a move on her during this trip." She rolls her eyes which causes me to laugh.

    "Funny you said that, that's what I was thinking." I tell her.

    "That's what everyone is probably thinking, even Finnick himself." She laughs.

    We pack as quickly as we can so we can leave as soon as possible. Plus we don't want the group to be waiting on us.

"We are the new americana!" Clove sings-more like yells along with radio. Clove, Johanna, Finnick and I are all shoved in Jo's car heading to the hotel.

"Who sings this song Clove?" Johanna asks.

"Halsey, Why?"

"Keep it that way."

"Come on guys, this is the fun car. Jo don't be mean." I say which causes Johanna to roll her eyes, I take that as a okay.

After that we just listened and danced to music for about an hour. This trip is taking forever. I didn't think that 4 was so far away. "Finnick are we there yet?" I sigh. He should know since he is from 4.

"About another hour." What! I thought we'd be somewhat close.

"So Finnick, you have an hour to plan how you're going to ask Annie out." Johanna smirks.

Finnick slams on the breaks, "What?!"

"Oh my gosh! That's what I was thinking Jo. Finnick that'd be perfect!" Clove squeals, she never does that so this is definitely perfect.

"No! I can't do that." He furrows his eyebrows.

"Are you kidding me?! You have to. She's so excited to go here because she met you here. You'd be dumb to not use this opportunity." I cross my arms and Clove does a little head nod to show she agrees with me.

Finnick rolls his eyes and continues to drive. He knows we're right.

About an hour later we get to the hotel. It's huge. There's about 10 stories, an outdoor and indoor pool, a gym (not like i'm using it but), fancy restaurants, a spa, tennis courts, basketball courts, and more.

This weekend is going to be fun.
