Hunger Games Boarding School

Chapter Eleven

 It was finally friday and after free period we all went our separate ways. Annie came over to our dorm along with Johanna. Annie was getting ready for her date with Gale. She looked absolutely stunning.

"So where are you going for your date?" Clove asks Annie.

"To the movies, then maybe out to eat." She smiles.

"That sounds like a sucky first date." Johanna laughs. I see what she is trying to do here. But she's right. Finnick can do better.

Annie's smile turns into a frown. "Well..I gotta go. See ya." She walks out the door.

Johanna, Clove, and I ended up just talking instead of going bowling which was our original plan.

"So how long have Delly and Peeta been dating?" I ask

"Only a couple of weeks." Johanna reassured me.

"Oh...well-" I got cut off by someone opening the door.

Finnick and Peeta walk in and take a seat on the floor.

"Ever heard of knocking?" Clove questions the two.

Finnick just laughs and shakes his head.

"Peeta I thought you and Delly were hanging out?" Johanna asks.

"She canceled last minute" He says and it makes me have a smile on my face. Whoops.

Clove notices me smiling and jokingly rolls her eyes at me.

We all decided to play some video games. It was a stay at home kind of night and we didn't know what else to do.

"Ha! I win" I rub in Peeta's face. I beat him in Mario Kart, on the last lap we were neck and neck going back and forth between 1st and 2nd.

"Shut up, I was close!" Peeta laughs.

"So was I!" Clove pitches in.

"No you aren't, you're still on your second lap!" I laugh. Clove pretends to be offended and wipes a fake tear away.

"Let's invite the rest of the gang over" Johanna says texting Finch, Thresh, Cato, Marvel, and Glimmer telling them to come to my dorm.

"Rematch?" Peeta smirks.

I grab the control "You're on!"

The door flings open.

"He-" Everyone starts to greet, until we all notice its teary eye Annie instead of who we thought would be coming.
