Bender x Reader - Futurama

Chapter 26: Rabid

Good news: You ran as fast as humanly possible.

Bad news: You were seriously ungraceful.

You pulled an 'Amy', hitting every object, though it did work to your advantage. When you knocked over the water jug, Bender slipped and fell.

That only made him angrier.

Pretty soon, you were running so fast, that your arms began to flail and you began to scream.

However, Bender was way  faster than you thought he was, and he caught up to you fairly quickly. You did a sharp turn into the Planet Express ship, locked the door and caught your breath. Your chest was heaving from running and just fear.

You heard a bang.

A Bender-fist-dent had appeared. You knew you wouldn't be safe here for much longer. You then unlocked the door quickly, squishing Bender flat. You then made a break for it while Bender recovered.

He then made an animalistic yowl and darted after you. You involuntarily yelped in surprise and almost turned back into a cat. You controlled yourself, though. Using your robotic arm, you extended it towards the top of the Planet Express ship. You then retracted it, sending you flying towards the top of the ship at unimaginable speed. You luckily broke your fall with your other hand.

Out of nowhere, Bender popped up on the other side of the 'dorsal fin' of the Planet Express ship. His eyes still were glowing red, and honestly, that scared the hell out of you. He walked towards you slowly but you didn't wait for him to get to you. You slid off the Planet Express ship as though it were a slide. While you were sliding, you shot your arm towards the door that lied between the Conference Room and the TV Room.

You landed a little better this time.

But there was no time to be congratulating yourself - Bender was still hot on your heels. You bolted through the door and into the room with all the Planet Express Crew members.

"Hide me!" You managed to yell as you ran inside and locked the door firmly behind you. Leela nodded to you and you hid behind her.

"DAGH!" You heard from the other side of the door. It was Bender, no less. He then began to pound his fists into the metal door. The crew gasped.

"Oh wait, I'm a bender. Duh." He mumbled to himself, then he grunted as he created a hole within the door.

You flinched when he got into the room.

"Where is she." He said in a eerily calm voice.

"She's not here behind Leela's back, that's for sure!" Zoidberg reassured.

Everyone gave him an 'you have got to be kidding me' look.

"Oops." He said, and rubbed the back of his neck.

Bender yelled and leaped for Leela. Leela, surprisingly, didn't fight him. She grabbed his wrists and tried to hold him still. "Guys, help me here!" She told the others. You stood back as they held his arms and legs still.

"LET ME GO!" Bender screamed, but they held him tightly. He mouth began to drip with foam.

"Oh jeez," you said, and shriveled back into your cat form. Bender was acting very strange. Farnsworth was watching Bender with a disturbed look in his eyes.

"Oh (Y/N), you didn't happen to, by chance, short-circuit him at all? With your hand?" Farnsworth asked worriedly.

You morphed back into a human. "Yeah, why do you ask?"

"Oh my," Farnsworth said, rubbing his forehead.

Then he added:

"I have never been so mad to be right."
