When I woke up on Thursday I decided to look more pretty today. I did my makeup differently, wore a black and white flowery dress, curled my hair and put on a bow, then slipped on my black converse. I ate my lucky charms quickly, then rushed out of the door, excited to see Jacob again.
I got on the bus eager to tell Jenna what happened the night before but she wouldn't let me sit down. Hmmm I thought. This is weird. So I sat next to Jacob that day instead. He told me to sit by the window, so I did. Once the bus was moving again, he got into one knee in the aisle, and pulled out a necklace that said baby girl on it and said," Abbie, would you do me the honor of being my gf?"
Everyone on the bus turned quiet and watched us. I put my hands over my mouth and nodded yes! I turned around and he put the necklace around my neck. As soon as he was done, I turned around and hugged him. I was so happy. I looked past his shoulder and saw Jenna smiling and rocking back and forth on the bus seat. I could tell she was happy!
Jacob got back onto the seat and the entire bus started applauding. I laughed and put my head into Jacob's shoulder and he started laughing as well. I stayed they're until we got to school. Everyone immediately knew what had happened between Jacob and I on the bus. Including Liz.
