Party

         That day all everyone talked about on school was the party that was being thrown at my house. Even though I was only letting my friends in the house, but Jacob's out of town friend, Mark was coming. He sounds pretty nice.
          That day flew by quickly, and Saige, Paige, and Jenna helped set up out back. We decide it would be a pool party, so we set out some Oreos, chips, cupcakes, and soda on the picnic table outside. We also put out balloons, and opened the door that went into the lounge and set it up to be comfortable for a party. We then put a bunch of towels on one of the chairs outside.
              "Oh crap!" Saige said," it's already 5:00!" As if on cue, the doorbell rang. We went to answer it, and let Jacob, Peyton, And Mark in. Paige showed them to the pool, and we heard the door bell ring again. "Sorry I invited two more boys!" Saige said," it's my friend Leo. She said. He had sandy blonde hair, was a bit shorter than I would've liked, but he was very fit and had an extremely sharp jawline. "It's fine," I said, and then another boy who looked almost identical came in. "I'm Jaxon,"He said,"Saige invited me, I gestured towards Saige and we went out back. The nine of us plate Marco Polo, which was fun. And then we decided to go in and watch a scary movie
                We decided on Carrie after the mean girl that bullied me, which I thought was funny. At the parts that were really scary, I held Jacobs hand, and at some point Mark put his arm around me. After the movie we went back outside were the boys had a cannonball contest that the girls judged. Leo ended up winning that one. Peyton got second, and Mark trailed third.
            We decided to play spin the bottle, but with a twist. The two people picked had to go into the pool by themselves to kiss. The first chosen was Peyton and Jenna. Neither declined wanting to kiss, but we're very modest and just did a slight peck.
         Saige and Jaxon then got put together and I could tell that she didn't enjoy it much, so we moved on to Paige who got Leo, and Leo seemed to be a lot happier than Paige was. It was then down to Jacob, Mark and I, and you probably know who I wanted for the bottle to land on. I took a deep breath and spun it. Please be Jacob... Please.... I thought to myself and to my luck... It landed on...

Mark

Mark???  Why Mark?!?!  Why not Jacob!!

He was smirking, and I sighed and walked out to the pool. All I tried to do was kiss his forehead, but he went full on straight to my mouth. I was kind of disgusted, and pushed him off of me. I kissed his forehead and walked back inside. I decided this time I sat by Jacob, and everyone went home except for Jenna, Peyton, and Jacob. It was really late, and we decided to sleep in my basement. Jenna and I shared the fold out mattress, Jacob slept o the couch next to us, and Peyton took the couch on the other side of the room. I comfortably slept until about 2:00 when Jacob woke up and gestured for me to be quiet. We walked upstairs and up into my room, where we sat on my bed. He said, let's play a game called learn about Abbie. We're going to walk around your house and i point at stuff, then you tell me about it. Ok. I said go ahead.
         The first thing he pointed at was the keyboard that day next to my dresser. I walked over to it, turned it on and started to play on of my favorites, moonlight Sonata. My fingers flowed with the beat and rhythm of the song that I knew so well. Once I was done I told him," I've played piano since I was 9. I picked up the habit from my mother."
            We then walked to the family room where he pointed to my NASA hat that was laying on the couch. I told him," my dad works at NASA as an Astro physicist. I want to work thee as an astronomer some day."
              He looked around and pointed at a photo of my mother. "That's my mom," I started," she died in a car wreck when I was 8." He put his arm around me and we walked into the kitchen. There were lucky charms spilled all over the counter. He laughed and pointed at it." My favorite cereal," I said. He laughed and said ,"ok I've learned enough about you tonight." We walked downstairs, and I drifted off to sleep.
