Abbie pov: a week after the fair, Jacob invited me on a hot balloon ride. I put on high waisted hollister shorts, a blue and pink Aztec crop top, black high tops, and curled my hair.
        I ride my penny board to the field down the street(the thing was in our neighborhood) and met Jacob by a private hot air balloon. I laughed. "You didn't really have to do this for me." I said. He smiled," of course I did." I blushed. 
         He picked me up in one fluent motion and lifted me over the wicker side and into the basket of the hot air balloon. Jacob jumped over quickly, and we went up Ito the sky as the sun was setting. I leaned over the side to get a better view. "I love that about you," he said. I raised one eyebrow. "what?" I asked. "You always stop to appreciate the sky. In ny, Hawaii, on top of your roof, in gatlinburg. Just... Everywhere. You love the sky."
         I guess I did have a thing for the sky. It was just so beautiful and natural.
        Jacob put a arm around me. I quickly shook it off by sitting at the bottom of the basket. He sat across from me and placed both hands On my knees. I scooted back away from him.
        "Why do you keep avoiding physical contact from me?" He asked. I quickly responded," I don't know." He sighed. We sat there for about an hour and talked, and then he leaned in for a kiss.
         This time I didn't stop him, and allowed him to kiss me, and I kissed back this time. "I finally figured out what I want," I said once the kids was over. "And what's that?" He said. I smiled at him before tackling him into a hug.
        "So I guess we're dating agin?" He said quietly. I nodded.
