How would we describe our childhood?

That in its self is a loaded question. Don't get us wrong we had a wonderful childhood, filled with lots of love, togetherness, and pranks. But like any family we had our flaws. Boy, did we ever. Our mom's only told some of the things we did, had they told everything that we did y'all still be reading the first and second SEAL books and tripping out on the things we did when we were younger.

Looking back though we can say that we had some of the best memories. Like when Mommy surprised us that one Christmas with snow in the back yard. I remember that for the life of me I couldn't figure out how she got it there but it was one of the best Christmas's that we ever had in the old house. You remember Chase tried to eat it and mom was like "No stop that's dirty" and she was like "No mommy its ice". Hey to my defense it was it was cold and tasted like ice so what was I supposed to do? Not eat it when it was on the ground. Whatever you did the same thing, you just didn't get caught.

Hey now both of yall calm down any way remember when Mimi and Roro pulled that prank on Gigi and Titi? Oh when they turned the whole house into a twisted fun house? Mom still doesn't know that was us that tied her to that chair. Yeah trust you don't want her to find out. She all calm now though. Keep believing that until she kick yo... watch your mouth girl you ain't old enough to be using that language, we all said.

As you can see we all got that love for sailor language, courtesy of our mothers. What, yall the ones that taught it to me anyway. Okay let mommy here you say that and see if she don't kick yours. Anyway I would have paid good money to see mom's face when Uncle B was dressed as clown. Yall know she don't do clowns and how mom is still living after that we will never know. She's still alive cause mommy loves her, we all know that, they walls are paper thin. Oh gawd please don't remind us! Ear plugs for everybody!

What about the snakes though, that was the first time I heard mom speak Spanish like ever. She always yelled at us in Spanish when we were younger. Her favorite threat to us was "Síguele, y te pego!" we said in unison. And what exactly does that mean? She was saying "stop or I'll smack you". We all busted out laughing. That sounds like something she would say. Yeah it does and then she would chase us around with her flip flop or as she called it her chancla. Don't knock the chancla that thing could turn corners smack you and then go back to her foot in one swift move.

Even with the good times there were also the bad times as well. Yeah like when we found out Mom was having that affair with Shawn. That was the first time I ever really wanted to fight mom. Losing battle I've seen her fight and you don't want none of that trust. Oh I know, I just couldn't believe that after everything they had been through that she would cheat on them like that. Things happen and they are all human and make mistakes. The 6 years they were apart and then to find out mom did the same thing while we were in Cali. Human error! And then with Shi's wreck. Mommy was so messed up over that Shi, you just don't know how much that affected her. Really! Yeah she pushed everyone away to focus solely on you and making sure you were good. Then all the baby daddy drama! I don't know how they did it. None of us do! And when we thought things couldn't get any worse we almost lost the one person who holds it all together. We all sniffed and looked away from the camera.

The day we found out that she was in the hospital and could possibly die was the day that we realized that none of the stuff that we asked for, or begged for, or the trouble we got into, could replace her or any of our mothers for that matter. You realize that at some point in time we've almost lost all of them. Yeah we've been here through all of them. They sacrificed a lot for us professionally and personally so that we would be a family. Through it all never let us forget we are a family first and we don't let anyone interfere with that bond.

So asking us how we would describe our childhood, there is only one answer... Sealed!

We aren't perfect, we've made mistakes, and we've learned...scratch that we are still learning from them. Yes we are and trust we got way more to learn.

Aint this is what this video is about anyway? Thanks a lot you weren't supposed to say that Nicholas! Ughhh Now we gotta do it all over again! Nope we aren't I am tired of staring at the red light. Then don't you special sometimes I swear mom dropped you when you were born. Oh you one to talk! Alright damn yall they dropped all of yall it's a fact of life now let's do this again. Noooo!!!

Fine get out then I'll start!

Anyway this is how I remember it going.....

And so it begins...the journey from the view of the kids. Find out stuff that wasn't in the first book, that was touched on in the second book, and will be completed in this book. Of course it wouldn't be a story if the girls weren't in it, but this time you'll see how the decisions that Jay, Ti, Ro, and Li made really affected their family!
