It's been about two weeks since I met Nia and this damn girl does something to entire being. I mean she got me sitting here listening to Jodeci thinking about doing some real adult thangs to her.

You know Charli that song is exactly how I ended up with Dalvin. Huh! Mimi I said quickly sitting up and fixing myself. She just laughed at me. So what's her name? Who I said looking at her confused. The girl that's got you going back to music that's older than you are boy. I chuckled and looked down, her name is Nia.

I knew the night that I called her at 3 in the morning asking her to take me to the hospital. Hospital! Yeah I was having a flare up and she was the only one that I wanted to be with me. She came to my condo picked me up and drove me to the hospital and then get this she stayed Charli. Did that surprise you? Yeah none of the others ever stayed just dropped me off and dipped out. But she stayed for 6 hours until I was able to go home and then she wouldn't take me back to my condo. Nope she said she was gonna take care of me and she has for the last I don't know 20 something years.

I watched as she spoke about her and my aunt's relationship. Not to discredit their marriage, but Mimi and Gigi have always had that real love type of relationship. I never understood it when I was younger but now I do. And I want what they have with Nia but I can't play myself over some girl that I've only known two weeks. Then again Nia is different. I sense that she is different she doesn't play games and she comes straight forward.

I am the last person to be a sap and tell you about love at first sight but if you really feeling Nia the way you think you are, scoop her up and don't let her go. Trust me I got your aunt and even though we split I never let her go. I laughed yeah you didn't let her go at all. Hell naw she a good ass woman, Nope even when we split up how often did you see me? All the damn time I don't even know how you had time to make Chase and Nicholas cause you and Gigi stayed at each other. That's what I am talking about that right there, we were in all sense of the term separated physically but mentally we still had each other always will. The same goes for Li and Ro!

I immediately pulled out the note with her number on it and dialed it. It rang for 5 times before I heard her pick it up. 

 Hello she said in a rushed tone. Uhhh Nia! Charli! Yeah its me I was calling to see if you were free tomorrow night. The line went silent and then I heard a door shut. Nia! Charli I am free what do you have in mind? I don't know how about we get some dinner and then maybe a movie? I'd like that. Okay so give me your address and I'll pick you up. No I'll meet you at your house, she said quickly. Are you sure I...No Charli I'll meet you at your house. Okay. Good night Charli she said with a smile in her voice. Night beautiful.
