I swear to god if this girl screams at me one more time I am going to be without a twin. What the hell do you want Avari! Look at this shit all over the damn living room, you have a room use it. Seriously that ain't even my stuff and since when did you become Ms. Home tidy anyway? Austin is coming into town night and this house cannot look like this. Oh, so since Austin is coming into town you wanna make sure the house is clean but any other time you wouldn't be worried about it. Just pick up your mess damn stop acting like a little child she said going back in the kitchen. I looked at the mess and only two things were mine the other stuff was Cely's and hers. Since she want to have an attitude I picked up my two items and left her stuff there. Lo! She said pointing the stuff! That aint mine you said pick up my stuff not yours! I swear she said cussing in Spanish. Yeah I feel the same about you too.

Don't get me wrong I love my sister and my cousin but they get on my ever-lasting nerves. They act like it's still just their apartment even though we've been living together for the last 2 years. I should have just gotten my own apartment like I'd originally planned but no I let them talk me into living with them. After all that stuff that went down with Lena, yeah I was in a fragile place and I did need Vi and Cely to help me through it but now I am over that and I don't need them to smother me like a damn child all the time.

Knock Knock! Come in I said looking through my closet for an outfit to wear to this party I am going to, tonight for all of the new fresh faces of Cover girl. That's right I scored a contract with them and I couldn't be more excited. Have you decided when we're going home for a visit Vi said coming in the room. I swear you are so bipolar! Ilori cut the attitude. No I haven't and quite frankly I don't know if I want to go home yet. Why not, our family is back home now and you ain't say nothing about it bothering you when we went in July? I just don't like Atlanta anymore and I didn't have a choice you pretty much told me I was going. Cause of stupid ass Jason and Lena you don't want to go and visit your own family that makes no sense Lo. Everything is not always about them. The last 2 years it has been, we need to go home eventually. I mean Chase's birthday is coming up you really going to miss her birthday? I can send her something in the mail. You really did not just say that! She won't notice if I am there or not. Yeah the hell she will that's our damn sister and it her damn 18th birthday.

You come in here to yell at me or what. What's wrong with you Ilori, like damn your attitude never use to be this foul? Nothing is wrong with me except the fact that you are always on my damn ass about something. She looked at me and then sucked her teeth. I am making the arrangements for the flights and I pray to god your stank attitude is gone before we go home she said leaving my room. I rolled my eyes and went back to looking for an outfit. She really asked me if I want to go knowing damn well she was going to make the arrangements anyway.

A few hours later I put the finishing touches on my outfit before grabbing my clutch to leave for the night. I made my way down the stairs to see Vi and Austin on the couch watching a movie. Excuse me I said crossing in front of the TV. You going out? Yeah Cover Girl party! Oh be safe she said turning her attention back to the TV. Bye Lo, Austin said. Bye Austin! Wow she couldn't even say bye, but whatever I hoped a cab uptown to the venue.

It's about time you showed up I thought you bailed on us EJ and Nuri said as I approached them. No I had to deal with the house warden. It's crazy that she monitors you that way. I know she's just trying to look out for me but we're the same age she's my sister not my mother. Well here have a glass of wine, relax and take in the beautiful people all around us. Thanks doll I said taking the wine from him. So who all is here? The usual but there is a new face in the crowd. A new face! Yes and his face is gorgeous he said pointing to the Carmel skinned god talking to our manager on the other side of the room. Who is that and what planet did he fall off of?
