Discrepancy! Yeah the last name was entered as Preston but the last name that was signed was Watkins. No that's correct. So she has two last names? Santana getting Michael's last name was me and Tionne's way of covering up the fact that she had signed her birth certificate. It was a mistake. Not Ti signing the certificate the way it was done was wrong. So Tionne's name is already on her birth certificate? Yeah it is and neither Lisa nor Rozonda know about it.
