Best Friends

Chapter One

~Lexi's POV~

*14 years ago*

"Lexi Harry is here!" Yelled my mum.

I ran down stairs with my white shiney new shoes. I tackled my best friend with a hug.

"Hi Lexi!" He said.

"Hi Harry!" I said smiling. "Do you like my new shoes?"

"They are beautiful!" He said smiling.

I giggled and poked his dimples.

"Lets go to the park!" He said.

I smiled and looked at my mum.

"Lets go!" Said my mum.

We walked to the park near by. Harry grabbed my hand in his.

"Lets go down the slide together!" He said as we climb the ladder.

"Ok!" I say.

*Flashback over*

"Miss Brooks! Pay attention!" Said my teacher, Mr. Able.

I rolled my eyes. The bell rung for lunch thank god!

I grabbed my stuff and my backpack. I stormed out of the room and got my food.

"Lexi!" Yelled my friend Haley.

I smiled sitting next to her.

"Did you hear? One Direction is coming tomorrow to perform and raise money for prom!" She said.

"Right" I said drinking my Pepsi.

One Direction, worlds biggest boy band. Yay can't wait. This just got awkward.

The last bell rung and I walked to my house. I put my pack back on my desk and changed into leggings, and a big oversized hoodie. I put my hair in a messy bun and took off my converse.

Thank god I'm graduating this year I can go to college and get away from everything.

"Lexi!" Yelled my mum.

I groaned and walked down stairs.

"Wh-" before I could say anything, it's like I was choking on my own breath like I couldn't breath.

I stood their frozen and just stared at him. Same curly brown locks, bright green eyes, white converse, black jeans, white v-neck, his hands in his pocket.

He stood there smiling at me.

There was an awkward silence. I didn't what the say or what to do. It's like my feet were stuck to my stairs.

"Lexi" he said.

"H-Harry" I stutter.

I finally find my voice and get my body to function again. I run up to him and hug him.

I dig my face to his neck as a tear falls. I wrap my arms around his neck tightly and stand on my tippy toes. He grabbed my waist tightly hugging me.

More tears fall as I bite my lip.

"I've miss you so much" I say as I pull back.

I wipe my tears while Harry hugs my mum.

"Oh my god" I whisper.

I smile as Harry turns to look at me.

"How's tour?" I ask as we walk upstairs.

"Great it's over actually. I get two months of vacation and then we go back" he says.
