sinful smile
He smiles
And I break
All over again
Like the first timeThere's something more
To those haunting green eyes
Its got me hooked
To a secret I'm yet to findAnd I search them
Look past the forest
Step through the thorns
In through the treesI didn't know
That his truth so ugly
Would trap me
With its crooked guileIn too deep
To find my way back
The darkness had covered
All the tracksWhat must I do
What must I say
To free myself
From this destructive wayBut he brings me closer
Chains me to the Earth
With no means to escape
I unfurlHis sinful beauty
I thought to admire
Sought to destroy me
Through my desiresHe smiles
And I break
All over again
For the last time.
