The Death They Never Saw
The blood drips down the ceiling
Thick, dark blotches scarring the carpet
As the world hangs, upside down
To the girl who saw it straight. She thought she could make it through
To the end of what she believed
But circumstances conveniently stopped her
Set by those who never wanted her.And now she hangs like a doll
With strings attached to their ploys
They eliminated her and turned a blind eye
She lived and now she hangs: invisible. The death they never saw.
