A/N: First and foremost, I apologize for slacking on replying to comments. There's a lotttt going on, and we've just been crazy busy. :/ We'll work on responding to everyone in a little bit though!

Also, as you read, I want you to keep two things in mind.

1. Arianna has a high risk pregnancy going on. She can't afford anymore stress and therefore, is trying very hard to not allow herself to get so upset. She knows it's bad for the baby. Think about that as you read the 'confrontation' scene.

2. Colin has yet to really deal with the loss of his best friend. This lack of mourning will end up being crucial and astronomical in terms of character growth and direction.

Enjoy!

"This is a waste of time," Arianna mumbles, looking over her nails and rolling her eyes. "I don't even know why I agreed to this."

Cat and Raymond share a look as the biracial woman nods her head for him to go first.

"We're worried about you sweetheart," he starts off, watching as she rubs her stomach and avoids their gaze. "You need to speak to someone-"

"And I have," she cuts him off. "Maya, Chris, Ayesha, Mia,-"

"We mean a professional Arianna," Cat interjects, noticing how her daughter's jaw shifts. "Janet is a licensed psychiatrist and with her being a relative on your father's side, she's agreed to come here and talk to you-"

"So you're not cutting her a check?" Arianna proposes, propping up her eyebrow.

"She's doing this as a favor." Raymond replies.

"And so am I," the pregnant woman sighs, going back to her writing.

"Have you at least talked to-"

"No," Arianna says quietly, taking on a more relaxed and less hostile demeanor. "And I don't plan on changing that anytime soon."

Cat sighs, "Baby you have to talk to him eventually."

"Because that went over so well last time," Arianna retorts bitterly.

Colin walks into his condo after a long day of practice. One more game and they're in the playoffs. It's been a rough season, but they pulled through.

He throws his bags on the floor and marches upstairs, flicking on the switch and dropping down to the bed.

"Long day?"

He jumps up, surprised when he sees his pregnant wife sitting on the chair in the corner of his room.

"Aria?" He crinkles his eyebrows. "What are you-"

"You know it's funny," she starts off with a soft smile. "I imagined so many different ways this could play out on the drive here."

"You drove by yourself?" He has to hold his tongue because they both know damn well she's not supposed to be behind the wheel of a car period, let alone driving at night an dover an hour away.

"And considering I had Maya with me," she answers his question without breaking her pending monologue. "You know 99.9% of them ended with you either dead, or close to death and me behind bars."

Confused isn't a strong enough word to describe how Colin is feeling. "Aria what-"

"I'll be honest with you," she continues, dropping her head and sniffling. "I don't know what hurts more..." For the first tie, he realizes her eyes are abnormally red and puffy to the point where her whole eye area looks swollen. "The fact that you could do this period or that you could do it knowing everything I'm dealing with right now."
