Guess my name

Well today was eventful I thought to myself as I was pouring myself some tea and Tara's. I turned to give her tea to her and with a small smile she accepted it. It was quiet for some time both of us lost in different worlds till she said "What do you think his intentions are?" I shrugged not really knowing why he was spying on us. I then asked her the same question to which she responded with "I don't know." Then Ava came in the kitchen, looking at the both of us with curiosity gleaming in her eyes. "What's going on?" she asked her eyes darting from Tara and I waiting for a response. I looked at Tara with a look saying do you care to take this one. She gave a me a flat look but proceeded.

"Ava do you remember that day that a man attacked us and I told you to go to your room?" she nods "Well that man...he is in our house in the basement under questioning" her eyes widen and her mouth drops (maybe we should of told her something else, like unicorns and rainbows)

I decided it was time for me to intervene. I bent down to her level and said caringly "Don't worry okay, nothing and I mean nothing will ever harm you I will make sure of it" she nodded her head and hugged me tight.

I watched as Ava and Aiden embraced each other. Something started blooming in my chest. I felt like everything was going to be okay and maybe we were getting closer to what happened on that day. They soon let each other go and went to the living room. I left shortly heading down to the basement I needed answers and standing around wasn't going to get me them. When I go near the door I gave myself a quick prep talk. Just because the nightmares weren't frequent didn't mean they weren't there. I opened the door and switch on the light. My eyes adjusting to the changed ; then they zoned in on the guy. He looked like he was sleeping. He must have noticed my presence straight away and gave me a lazy grin. I found this odd and narrowed my eyes at him. I felt like his prey and he was the predator.

He then said "look who came to visit me!"

"Don't flatter yourself." I said

"Wow, chicka what's with the attitude thought we were friends after our last encounter."

"Well I must have gotten the wrong memo and don't call me chicka!" I fake smile at him

"Guess you're here to ask me some questions or was there something else you wanted to tell me" he says this with a smirk

" So you are smart , and here I thought I was talking to a potato all along" I said patronizingly

That's when his expression falls in to a glare. (1 point to Tara 0 to this guy)

"So what is your name since you know I didn't really have time to ask last time?"

My name... Hmm I know why we don't play a game. Make this far more interesting. Why don't you guess my name instead.

(I can't believe I am going to do this)

"John?" I ask

"Nope." He chuckles

"Gary?" I try again

"Nope try again" he says trying not to laugh

"Gabriel?" I ask getting more annoyed

"Try again." he says smugly

"Look I give up will you just tell me your name!" I say frustratingly

"Wow someone's angry ...Since you want to know so badly, my name is Justin." he says confidently

well I wasn't expecting that.

Just as I am about to ask further questions a knock on the door stops me, I look at him with wide eyes whilst he looks at me with the same exact expression. ( oh man!)
