Hiccup

I was just sat in my dorm with James who was doing I dunno what. I was just sat reading this book Ally gave me. She insisted that I should read it, even though I am not a fan of reading at all (that will never change). But I'm doing this for her because I love her (that will never change also). "Hayden since when do you read books?" James asked me while raising an eyebrow. "I don't but this is Ally's and she gave it to me, she insisted," he just raised his head as he understood.

"Why do you think that Ally went to see if Jack was alright, I mean after what he did to her, he never came to see if she was okay but she did with him, why do you think she did it," James asked me concerned. I glanced up from the book "James that happened weeks ago why you still thinking about it?" I questioned back. He shrugged his shoulders. "Anyway she's a nice person and besides apparently it was nothing to do with what she said," I finished. "Oh right."

I suddenly heard a vibration from one of our phones going off. "Not mine," I said to him. He rummaged around to find his phone "Oh its Kerri," I just slowly nodded my head. "Hey Kerri.....whoa whoa slow down what happened?" I slammed the book shut and chucked it on the bed, at full speed spun to glance at James. What was happening?

"What do you mean? Okay we'll be right there!" I widened my eyes at James as he looked at me with worried eyes. "What?" I asked him. He grabbed his jacket and mine off the shelf and chucked it at me "Ally's in the hospital." I jumped off the bed at full speed and ran out the door with James on my heels.

<at the hospital>

We hurried our way down the hallways and made it to the receptionist. "Were here because of Ally Winters?" I asked. She nodded. "Third floor, second corridor room 27," we ran straight to the elevator and got to the third floor. We noticed Kerri was there with Phoenix by her side. "Where is she?" I asked when we got there. "She's in surgery, they said that her wounds were really bad and that they don't know if she is gonna make it," Phoenix said while Kerri was buried in her shoulder.

"What happened how did this even happen?" James asked as he took a seat next to Kerri and cradled her in. Oh how much I would love to do that to Ally right now. "We were just in the park and as we were heading back to the college and then suddenly out of nowhere this car came and crashed into us. I lost control and Ally passed out she wouldn't wake up...." Kerri trailed off as she couldn't finish the rest.

<surgery room>

We were looking through the glass window as they were operating on Ally. Suddenly they were losing her, her heart started to slow down. No, no this wasn't happening, not now, not ever. They got out this machine to get her heart to start working again. "One, two, three, clear," the electrical pulse ventured through her body. They kept doing it. It wasn't coming back.

"Come on Ally, come on you can do this your strong you can pull through this," I kept saying to myself. They kept going and going and going. Kerri was biting her nails with nervousness, Phoenix kept tapping her feet together and tears were filling her eyes. I and James were here not knowing what to do. I was just chanting to myself.

One last time and that's when we heard the noise. The noise telling us her heart no longer was beating. "No..." I cried. James cradled Kerri in again while Phoenix fell into me and cried while I laid my head in hers and also cried. "Time of death...." Beep, beep, beep....."Wait," the doctor said. We all lifted our heads and watched what was happening. "She is responding, she going to live," we all took a huge sigh of relief and hugged each other tight.
