i woke up at about ten o clock in the morning were still in Adelaide but its our last night here tomorrow we travel onto Darwin. Luke and the boys are already up and probably causing mischief when they should be getting ready i woke up feeling extremely happy it was a nice day out 65 degrees and clear blue sky's all the way around. i showered had some waffles for breakfast before finally getting dressed i put on my dark washed short shorts with my hot pink wedge heels and my hot pink stripped tank top for my hair i just put it into a braid. i was feeling extra ambitious today so i decided to go for a walk seeing as there was a shopping area a few blocks down.

i put on some good old all time low and headed out the door with my shades and purse i stopped to sign and take pictures for a few fans so that kinda derailed me a bit. today felt as if nothing could go wrong"i wish i was i was beside you hey cates its lukeyboo calling pick up" my ringtone for Luke sounded off"hey handsome hubby" i greeted"your quite chipper this late morning i just called to say goodmorning and that i love you. i hope you slept well" he replied"i love you too i slept good I'm out for a walk what are you boys up to" i asked"ah the usual procrastinating rehearsal and things with crazy antics cal and Mikey stole a golf cart I'm on lookout duty" he laughs. he's an idiot but i love him after almost 2 solid hours of shopping i only had one thing and it wasn't even for me it was a onsie for the baby that said"mom sucks dads a goof and my aunt it AWESOME i couldn't help but get it it was so cute. suddenly a weird feeling swept across me it was the one you get when you've convinced yourself your being watched I'm sure it was nothing i said to myself going into jack wills i picked up another pair of black skinny jeans for Luke. that weird feeling hasn't gone away yet i decided to look around that's when i saw him that devilish grin i thought I'd never have to see in an instant all those fears i locked away came back along with those memories. he was here standing before me"hello beautiful" Eric said i gulped trying to be strong" why the fuck are you here your suppose to be in jail" i said firmly"i got out on bail a good friend of mine paid for it" . "listen here you pretty little thing I'm not after you I'm after revenge for what you and your friend did to me that was quite a nasty stunt you pulled back there consider your marriage trashed your model friends career ruined most of all you will be back with me ill make sure it happens." he brought me close to him he slapped me really hard it hurt a lot never in my life have i been so scared never in my life have i wanted Luke to be so badly here. i couldn't take it anymore i ran out of the mall in sobs and tears all the way til i got to the venue where i burst in the door and ran straight into Luke's chest they were getting the instruments out."hey hey hey whats wrong shh it'll all be okay babe" he comforted rocking me back and forth "what the hell happened to your cheek its red and bruised" he asked concerned more crying happened after ten minutes i was ready to spill.

he lead me into the back stage room and put me on his lap as he often does when we have serious talks"he's back Luke i ran into him they let Eric out of jail one of his friends bailed him out Luke he was stalking me. he came up too me told me that he wanted revenge said our marriage was trashed angels career ruined and that ill be back with him then he hit me Luke and it still stings a lot" i cried out. Luke just sat there he looked mad as all hell"that's it I'm gonna fucking find this guy and do bad things to him makes me so sick" he said coldly." catekins look at me" Luke tilted my head up"he will never hurt you he will never get to you again I'm setting you up with a body guard for when i cant be with you. we gotta warn angel and tell Mikey but first lets get you some ice" he pulled me closer and kissed my neck a lot it made me feel better i kissed Luke for a little while til my cheek started to hurt" here keeps this on i want you in my sight for the rest of the day" he said kissing me a few more times.

"you know what I'm gonna do if i see his face horrible nasty things i might just kill him this is he makes my anger boil so red. he's never getting near angel after what he did to her I'm getting her on the first flight back i need her with me so i can protect her. I'm 150 percent behind you on getting body guards for the girls and for making this son of a bitch pay for what he's done they cant just let him out can they its bull shit he should be in hell" Michael raged he was so mad he tipped over a table. "Mikey calm down ill call sades shell know what to do you focus on getting angel back here and safely private plane would be best Luke go back to what you were doing before in setting up the mic stand" i ordered Luke wiped the last of my tears.

he picked me up " put me down" i giggled"no i told you your not leaving my sight for the rest of the day" he said firm "everything okay cates" ash asked worried"not really ashy Eric's back i ran into him today he said my marriage was trashed that he'd get me back that angels career is ruined. then he slapped me" i told him he had tears in his eyes he gave me a big hug and said"don't worry cates he wont get away with this we wont let him glad your okay" he smiled calum squeezed me as well" i cant believe that dooshe is still around" he gritted" I'm hoping sades can help shell know what to do" i told him"she will in fact she's finished with her classes for the day so now would be a good time to ring her" he smiles.

i sit by the mic stand and watch as Luke sets it up"hey Mrs hemmings what can i do for you today" Sadie greets i tell her everything"what no there's no fucking way he was able to get out on just bail that's bullshit. your only allowed to be up for bail for 2 months and its well past two months. and the sentencing for assault rape and kidnapping is 5 years minimum so he cant legally be out yet unless he escaped somehow" she tells me"see he mentioned that a friend paid his bail out" i told her"that friend must have been his ticket out somehow we need one piece of solid evidence to resentence him for good. your word will get them to look into his file its strange though cause typically when a prisoner escapes its a big deal all over the news." she states"thank you so much sades i think i have a solid plan that just might work " "lay it on me sista" she sasses i laugh" im thinking that me and angel meet him somewhere and ask him questions hell tell us what we want to know well we can duct tape a recorder to one of our chests and wear a jacket so he wont see" i suggest.

"solid plan cates however he's a criminal hell be expecting you to have something taped to your chest criminals are usually highly intelligent people i on the other hand have a full proof plan no one will see coming" she boosts."what is it" i say quickly"since we know he's around town and that he seems to love malls i want you and angel to go there tomorrow and accidentally on purpose run into him let him capture you. from up above and farther away on the bottom have the boys film everything get into your car and follow you guys ask him where your going once you know one of you distracts Eric while the other posts the address on the back window so the boys will see. have one of the boys call the cops so not only do they have his location but you and angel will be enough to get him locked up for 10 years minimum since he broke out of jail clearly" she said it was honestly a brilliant plan.
