"Yun si Mom." I said as soon as we hang up.

"Ang bait ng Mom mo."She said and went back to the floor munching more popcorn.

"Pero ninerbyos ka kanina eh. Napadaldal ka na naman. Close kayo?" I said teasing her.

"Ayan oh! In-add ko na sya sa facebook. Close na kami!" And she stuck her tongue at me.

I laughed. What a silly girl!

"Hala! Ang bilis mag like ng Mom mo sa mga picture natin!"

"Lagot ka! In-add mo sya. Malamang nireresearch ka na nun!"

"Wala naman akong tinatago eh. Hmrpft!" She said confidently, and munch some more popcorn.

"Confident?"

"Oo naman. Kuha mo nga ko ng maiinom. Nauuhaw na ko."

I complied and walked towards the fridge.

"Ano gusto mong inumin?"

"Beer!"

"Maglalasing ka ulit?"

"Isang lata lang lasing na?"

"Sabi ko nga!" I grabbed two cans of beer and handed her one while I opened mine before sitting back to the sofa.

"Ano, ganito na lang tayo?"

"Gusto mo ba lumabas? Gusto mo yayain ko tropa ng makilala mo na sila."

"Sure. Boring na dito eh."

Maine was wearing a red knee long dress. I told her she might get cold during the night but she insisted on her attire. Good thing the gang decided to meet at the nearest bar in my apartment. She was wearing a thick cardigans on top of her dress but I grabbed an extra jacket just in case she might need it later.

The bar was dark and theres a band playing up front. The gang - Sam, Ryan, Joey and Paul- were already seated on table with one round of beers on them when we arrived.

"Yan kanina pa ata sila dito. Ang tagal mo kasi." Maine whispered at my ear.

"Maaga pa naman eh."

"Alden!! Here! We reserved seats for you. Grabe ang tagal na nung last tayo nagkita. Single ka pa nun. Ngayon may girlfriend ka na?" Ryan said loudly and winked at Maine.

"Pagpasensyahan mo na tong mga to! Medyo rowdy yang mga yan pag nalalasing. Si Ryan, si Joey, si Paul. Guys si Maine, friend ko!" I said the last part louder to debunk Ryan's presumption.

"Hi, Maine!" All four of them started to stand up and kissed Maine in the cheek. Somehow I wanted to smack them all four but it is common courtesy here to greet people that way.

"Tabi na kayo ni Maine. Ano order nyo?" Sam said while waving his hand on the waiter.

"Beer na lang." Maine said.

"Oh pangalawa mo na yan. Magjuice ka na lang." I told her worrying she might get drunk.

"Big girl na ko, Alden." She gave me a warning look.

I could hear all the four of them laughing at me but I still looked at Maine worriedly.

"One more round here plus 2 more for them." Sam said to the waiter.
