I smiled and touched the cheek she kissed, rub it a couple of times and then kissed my hand. This girl never stop surprising me.

"Para kang bata dyan!"

"Isa pa nga, Maine." I couldnt open my eyes. Im still savouring this moment that she kissed me.

"Pag hindi ka pa tumayo dyan, sapatos na hahalik sa mukha mo! Tumayo ka na ha? Magbabanyo lang ako. Ill wait for you in 10 minutes tapos alis na tayo."

"Yes ma'am! And Maine, thank you sa kiss!" I suddenly stood up and saluted her.

"Ewaaaaan ko sayo!" She rolled her eyes and turn her back on me.

Cavern club is quite full, we had to wait a little while before we could find a table. Because Cavern Club is underground, its claustrophobic. Maine looked so uncomfortable although she liked the band singing beatles song, in an hour, Maine motioned me to go out.

We were greeted by cold breeze outside. I grabbed my trenchcoat and then put my arms around her.

"Pizza hut na lang tayo?" She nodded and we went straight to the restaurant.

"Ang lamig! Brrrr!"

"Akala ko ba you like it cold?" I said teasingly.

"Oo pero daig pa natin na flash freeze eh. Buti dito mainit. Order mo ko ng tea. As in now na."

"Heto na."

"So anong pinag-usapan nyo ni Julie?" Maine asked me inbetween her bites to her pizza slice.

"Wala naman."

"Ok fine! Edi wag mo sabihin!"

"Oh! Kala ko nilalamig ka? Bat ang init ng ulo mo?"

"Ikaw eh!"

"Wala naman talaga kami napag-usapan eh. She asked me kung bakit hindi na nya tayo nakikita. Sabi ko busy tayo. She asked me to have dinner with her. Sabi ko ayoko. Yun lang."

"Eh bakit tumanggi ka? Chance mo na yun oh! Malay mo sya na ang forever mo." She sound sarcatic.

"Ganun ba?" I scratched my chin pretending to think. "Sige bukas, tatanong ko sa kanya kung sya na ba forever ko."

"Oo! I mean, malay mo lang diba si Julie pala yung hinihintay mong magiging way para makalimutan mo na si Jaz. Edi magpaiwan ka na lang dito!"

"Ill never forget Jaz." Shes always gonna be the first girl I fell in love me. Heck shes my first broken heart. But I dont love her anymore.

"I see." She looked at me with warm eyes. She probably think Im still holding a torch for Jaz. But I am not in the mood to talk about the people of my past when Im looking straight in the eyes of my future.

"Yes. Kaya ikaw nga dyan kumain ka na lang. Lalamig yang pizza."

She complied and gave a huge bite on her pizza. One of Maines, quirks that warms my heart. Pano ko naman pagpapalit to kay Julie? Sya pa lang ata girl na nakilala ko na kaya akong ubusan ng pizza sa katakawan.

Maine was quiet after we ate dinner. She looked like shes thinking something important and I dont want to ask. When we reached the hotel, she said, "Good night, Alden!"
