Chapter 5: Experiments

Drew's P. O. V.
   
I wake up from sleeping,not from being unconscious. Jaspers' already up, holding two hot dogs in each hand, he hands me one, I can tell it's still warm, it's covered with ketchup, I take a huge bite, and almost faint from the taste. Once we've both finished our hot dogs, I start to talk," Does he shock you too?, like he did the other day with me?" .

Suddenly Jasper's face turns to anger as he speaks," first of all, that s.o.b has no right to do that to anyone, especially you, second of all, I won't let him or anyone else here hurt you again I promise, Drew". He smiles at me, it's filled with warmth, I smile back.

" Drew, what hat did you pull that out of, sweetheart"  I feel chills run down my back at the sound of that nickname, I turn around and there he is, oh no, I think,  He's back , and there he is, standing in front of the cage. He still has on his lab coat, this is time he's wearing a yellow shirt underneath it. I walk straight towards him, look him in the eye and say," hey look Jasper, here's Ken, but if you're here, then who's holding Barbie's shopping bags?"

I hear Jasper snicker behind me, but he quickly muffles it. He starts talking again,"oh, I'm here for a very special reason, and that reason is that I am going to do experiments on you Drew".  His smile is back, and a chill runs down back again, that has to be about my sixth chill, since I've been here. I here Jasper utter a deep and low growl from his mouth, he steps infront of me, and pushes me behind him and says," over my dead body you hurt her".

The Ken replica smiles again,"over your dead body you say?, well fine by me".

He takes a key ring out of his pocket,picks one of the keys off of it and opens the door. " Ivan, grab her if you will" behind him steps out the largest man I've ever seen.

He has on all black, black t-shirt, black pants, black shoes, he was completely bald, up and down his right arm, was a cheetah tattoo, on his left arm was a wolf tattoo. My only thought was as he stepped toward to grab me was, and I thought the hulk was supposed to be big.

Jasper tries to stop him, but Ivan tosses him aside as if he was a rag doll. He steps in front of me, and throws me over his shoulder,and heads out of the cage door, closes it, and the Ken doll locks it. He carries me out of the room with the cages and into another room, in this room, there's a white skinned women with dark brown hair and glasses in a lab coat standing over a long desk with all kinds of inventions on it. 

She turns around, sees us, and says,"good you got her, go ahead and put her in" Ivan starts walking somewhere, while I'm thinking,put me in where, exactly?. Suddenly I'm dropped into a long tube, kind of like the tubes you see in a swimming pool, but small enough so that my body can fit in, the women with the glasses stands in front of my tube.

She has a clipboard in her hand, looking at me but talking into her ear, I see that in her ear is one of those radio things that pilots use to contact the airport, talking into her ear she says," Experiment number one: How subject 4D5r8e4w reacts to being underwater. Okay​, fill up the tubes".

The tube that I'm in, closes on the top, the bottom of it starts to fill up with cold water. I punch, kick, and scratch at the tube trying to get out of it, the water is up to my knees now, they feel numb. My teeth start to chatter from the cold, the water goes up to my neck and passes my head, I hold my breath as long as I can.

I start to get light headed from holding my breath to long. Spots start to cloud my vision, until I can't see color anymore, just a cloud of white, filled with black spots. I tell myself why not just get it over with? and  open my mouth, and swallow and breath, a mouthful of water.
