Chapter 8

Itzel's Pov

"Itzel! Isabel is here!" My mom yelled from downstairs.

"I'll be down in 5." I said while curling my last piece of hair with my wand. Everything was going so well so far. You see, I had bearly moved here from America with my mom , sister, and stepdad. My father still lived in America. Holmes Chaple, Chesire was my new home thanks to my mothers job. She worked as a therapist, and my step dad worked as a personal trainer, so that leaves me all alone at home while my sister is mainly with her father. I was looking at myself in the mirror to make sure I looked okay. First time in a new town, obviously I had to have a good impression on people. I fixed my white high waisted shorts, and pulled my long sleeve black shirt down to make Sure none of my stomach showed. I put on my glittery sparkly toms on, made sure my make up and hair were okay, grabbed my wallet, keys, phone and headed downstairs. My mom was showing my cousin Isabel around the house when I got downstairs. She already lived here for a while , that's the good part about moving . "ITZEL" my cousin called while she tackled me into a hug.

"I missed you so much! Look at you, all grown up and looking beutiful as ever!" She squealed with excitement.

"I missed you too and thank you, and you look amazing yourself" I said.

"Thanks, well we have a lot of shopping and catching up to do, so lets get going?" She asked.

"Yeah, lets go, Bye mom Love you." I said while leaving.

"Bye sweetie , have fun and be safe " she said.

"Yes mom." I said laughing a little.

"My car or yours?" Isabel asked.

"Errr lets go in mine" I said while unlocking my black Toyota venza .

After 20 minutes, we arrived. We went to Topshop, Rue 21, and a couple of other stores.

"Itzel can we please go to the food court, I'm starving" Isabel said.

"Sure, you should've told me sooner" I said while laughing. We made our way to the food court.

"Want McDonald's or Nando's?" Isabel asked.

"I'm not really hungry, I'll just go get some Starbucks while you get food" I said smiling.

"Okay, I'll be right back" she said smiling.

I patiently waited in line, I saw 2 girls in front of me that looked around my age. One had very long hair, she was tall and her skin was per-err-fect . The other girl was a little bit shorter , but was very pretty as well. I turned my attention away from them and to my cousin. She was talking to some boys . Hmm. I wonder if she knew them from school. I was just about to start walking over to her direction when I felt something hit my back, then cold liquid rush down the side of my leg. I turned to see one of the girls I saw earlier with a surprised and sorry look on her face.

"I'm so so so sorry. I didn't mean to, I wasn't looking and I bumped into you , I'm so sorry please forgive me" she pleaded with a slight british accent ... it was cute I love British accents . I laughed a little .

"It's fine. Really. It's fine. Don't worry about it." I said while walking off towards the bathroom. I locked my self in a stall, opened one of the bags that were filled with clothes, took out a pair of black high waisted shorts with spikes on them, a cute lace white top and black sandals. I took off my clothes and changed. As I was exiting the stall my phone started ringing.

"Hello?" I answered

"Itzel, it's me Isabel. Where are you?" She asked worried.

"I'm in the bathroom. I'll be right out" I told her.

"Okay. " she answered.

I washed my hands, fixed my hair and got out and started walking towards my cousin.

When I got to her she gave me a confused look.

"Weren't you wearing something else?" She asked.

"Yeah, but someone spilled coffee on me and yeah" I said laughing .

"Aww poor baby." She said pinching my cheeks while I laughed.

"Lets just go to one more store and we will go back home ok?"she said.

"Okay" I agreed.

We walked around a little bit and came across a store called "Top Hits" .

"What's this ?" I asked confused.

"It's a music store, c'mon" she said pulling me in. I started looking around the store , and at the CDs the store held. I was looking through a micheal Jackson magic one when I heard a familiar tune.

""Tonight lets get some, and live while were young" I mentally started singing with the song and dancing a little, I went over to the machine that you could play music on, and the two girls from Starbucks were there .

The taller one with long brown hair was going crazy , dancing and so was the other one . I started to laugh which caused the taller one to turn around . As soon as she saw me she stopped going crazy and said " I'm sorry for what happend ..."

"Like I said earlier, it's fine." I said.

She laughed.

" Im still very very sorry ... but Thanks. My names Valeria by the way and this is my errr cousin Aileen." She said talking about the girl next to her. ... Man their accents Ugh can I have one too !?

"Your welcome, and my name is Itzel, and this is my cousin-"I didn't finish because Aileen had already finished for me.

"ISABEL!?!?" Aileen shouted in a slight British accent , she had a small accent not as much as Valeria.

"AILEEN!?!?" Isabel shouted back while walking to were we all were. Aileen and Isabel gave each other a hug while me and Valeria just gave each other confused looks.

"You guys err-" I asked scratching my head.

"Know each other?" Valeria finished my sentence.

"Yes we do" Aileen and Isabel said in unison.

"I don't wanna sound rude , but how?"I curiously asked.

"We used to go to school together" Aileen responded.

"Ohh i see" I said.

"Yeah, well it was a pleasure seeing you Aileen, but I think me and Itzel have to get going." Isabel stated while letting go of Aileen.

"Wait. Why don't you come over my place?that way, you and Aileen can catch up. And me and Itzel can tallk and get to know eachother" Valeria stated.

"That sounds wonderful." My cousin said.

"What do you think Itzel, wanna go?" Valeria said while grinning.

"Sure, I see no reason why not, and I kinda want to make friends here, since I bearly moved and all" I said while laughing a little.

"Okay, well we can all leave now, and you girls can follow me and Valeria to her house, sounds good?" Aileen asked.

"Sounds great" I said smiling.

"First let me buy something" Valeria said. Isabel and Aileen nodded and started chatting up a storm leaving me alone . I decided to look around a bit more. Soon enough Valeria was calling my name for us to leave. I walked by her.

"So, what Cd did you but?" I asked while smiling.

"One Directions Up All Night Cd , I love them soo much and well I didnt have it so I decide to buy it. Do you like them?" She asked , smiling a lot.

"Yeah. I mean I'm not deeply obsessed but, I like them." I said.

"Yay! Get ready to turn into a hardcore directioner my friend" she said laugh. I laughed this will be fun.
