I actually wrote this book a couple years ago on another site. A lot of people loved it, so I was like why not transport it to another website. Due to it being a couple of years old, I would like to think I've improved on writing so therefore, I have put in more details and made it better. The plot has, however, not changed.
If you're looking for a romance novel with draw droppers and "no he didn't!"s then you've stumbled on the correct story!
This is a simple read.
I love this story and hope you will too.

Story Theme Song: Be Good To Me - Ashley Tisdale
(nostalgic? Maybe.)

I guess you can say it all started the year I moved into Belladome.
The sky was a gloomy gray as some annoying song my parents loved blared from the radio into the car. As I stared out the window, I wondered who's bright idea was it to move states by car. "Mom, are we almost there?" I asked still a little tired from packing all night and utterly bored. Cars ride were some of the most boring trips you could take.
"Elissa, how many times do I have to tell you this. It's over a 24 hour drive! It's going to take a while sweetie", my mom said, turning up the dial on the radio. Secretly, I wondered was she trying to drown out my voice since I had been complaining for quite some time.
Loudly, I let out a sigh and unbuckled my seat belt and laid across the back seat. I wasn't very happy about moving to California from North Dakota. Yes, California was a hot, sunny, thriving place, but I liked the cold quiet North Dakota town I lived in. I wished my dad wouldn't have got that promotion, so we could of have stayed in my old cottage house. Realizing that there wasn't anything better to do, but look at the dry desert scenery, I decided to take another nap before we got there.
"Elissa, wake up. Time to unpack!", my mom said shaking me awake. I instantly woke up and got out the car still a little bit tired. I slammed the door and looked at my new house. My mouth dropped in awe.
The house was way bigger than my old house and I felt like dancing all over my new green yard. Looking around the neighborhood, the houses looked equally similar and were evenly spaced out. I snapped out of my awe state and looked at my mom. "We live in the suburbs?" My mom smiled and nodded gleefully. I let out another sigh as I realized this was it.
I was a country girl, not a suburb girl. For all I knew, all the people here could be rude and mean and I definitely loved the country boy; the sweet Southern accent country boy, but sometimes they just bored me.
My dad was already getting stuff out out of the moving truck. From across the lawn my brother's and eyes connected. Our eyes narrowed challengingly; the secret message being sent loud and clear.
Quickly, I grabbed one of my boxes and tried to race my older brother inside. He saw what I was doing as he sped walked to the stairs that led to the porch and began running. The objects in his box making clanking noises as he picked up the pace.
Unfortunately for me, he won and immediately threw his stuff down and ran upstairs as I ran behind him trying to find the bigger room. He ran to the left, I ran to the right.
I swung the second door I passed and gaped at how huge this room was. This was definitely going to be mine. My brother would be pissed once he figured out that besides the master bedroom, mine was the biggest so I sat on the floor and waited for my brother to come in. A sinister smile drifted on my face as I snickered.
