It was the very next day after my eye opening date with Eli. Sarah and Alice had accompanied me to the mall to catch up and to simply find something to do in this boring town. We sat in the food court and chattering endlessly and munching on food.
"Okay so shoes after we're done eating?", Sarah suggested, taking a sip of her mango smoothie. We all agreed. I stuck a few french fries in my mouth while my eyes scanned the crowd of people, when I suddenly saw Dylan. He was by the mall's water fountain chatting to a few girls. I could tell he was obviously flirting by the way the girls were twirling their hair and laughing at everything he seemed to say. Their laughs were obviously fake because it was loud and way overdone. I mean I could hear them from all the way over here.
For a few seconds I watched on amused, until an idea came to mind. Muffling a chuckle, I turned to the girls who were both scarfing down their burgers.
"Hey girls watch this." I grinned, pointing to Dylan. Confusion both flared on their faces until they just decided to listen to my words and smirked mischievously. They nodded and watched as I slyly walked up towards Dylan. I could hear their chuckles in the distance.
I was only feet away when he spotted me. He saw me, but tried to ignore my existence, since he was trying to get the girls' numbers. His eyes flicked to me and then back to the two girls trying to act like he didn't notice me.
I snickered to myself and casually walked up to Dylan. "Baby, I haven't see you since yesterday and you didn't picked up your phone last night!" I exclaimed loudly, literally pulling him into a hug and wrapping my arms around his neck while staring at me flirtatiously.
"Wait she's your girlfriend!" One of the girls asked, eyeing me up and down with jealousy. The flirtatious twinkled in her heavily eyeliner rimmed eyes had vanished replaced with spite. I bit my lip trying not to laugh.
"Actually. . ." I put my finger on Dylan's lips, stopping him from ruining my cover. He narrowed his eyes flatly at me, annoyance shinning brightly in them.
With hooded eyes, I smiled at him. "Shh, I got this baby. . .of course I am. He didn't tell you?" I turned my full attention back to the girls, raising my eyebrows questioningly.
Angrily, they both glared at him then rolled their eyes. "Asshole" they both muttered, walking away hotly, although the exaggerated sashaying of their hips did not waver one bit.
I turned towards Dylan and couldn't help but laugh when I saw the way he was glaring at me. Like bitch, I wanna slap you.
"You're such a jerk", he groaned grumpily.
I pinched his cheek which he replied with a quick swat of his hands. "Aww I was just kidding Dylan", I cooed, rubbing his hair affectionately.
"Hey, can you stop?" He hissed, pushing my hand away. "You're embarrassing me." Dylan frowned. His eyes scanned the area hoping no one had noticed me babying over him like a toddler.
I smiled not able to take him serious. Every since I realized he was Eli's little brother and I had spent more time with him being with Eli, he had also became a little brother in my eyes. "You really mad at me?"
He nodded dully, crossing his arms. "Duh you messed up my game."
What game?
I glanced at my friends who were laughing at the table. They had witnessed everything from me cockblocking him, I guess, to just messing with him. I guess I could pacify Dylan since I did ruin the suppose game he has. "What if I show you to my friends."
He tapped his chin thoughtfully. "Depends are they hot, easy-"
I cut him off, by hitting him across the back of his head causing him to yelp quietly from my surprise attack. "You little pervert!"
