I was still there 5 hours later, and still angry when a familiar face appeared in front of me "I know that type of anger," R smiled "boy troubles?" I shook my head
"asshole troubles" she chuckled at that, and handed me a bottle of water which I took, gratefully
"how did you find me?" she gestured with her head towards Mark who waved at me, waving back, I turned my attention back to R, so what brings you here? I asked raising an eyebrow at her, she grins
"can't I come and see my favourite fighter" I shrugged and carried on with what I was doing originally then she caught my attention "okay so that was a lie, I realised, from watching you and your father interact with each other, that you're not happy at home are you?" I shook my head, but carried on hitting the bag thinking 'honey, I'm not happy anywhere'
"well I came to get your bank account details" I frowned
"I don't have one" I said shaking my head
"well then we will have to get you one, come with me" I looked at her confused, but shrugged, and followed her anyway snagging my jumper and waving to joe, before I left the building.

At the front of the building was a big black SUV, I hopped in next to R, and the car smoothly drove off "I take it you don't see any of the money you make in the ring" I thought for a second saying
"it all goes to the bills, to pay for the house" she laughs
"darling do you have any idea how much you make?" shaking my head I looked at her awaiting an answer "well its $3000 a fight for a person ranking as high as you, but because you're a girl and so high the odds go right up ,meaning that its $6000 when you win, $4000 when you draw and $3000 when you lose" my mouth fell open, I have to fight at least 4 people every night, I always thought that we lost money when I lost the fight. I clenched my jaw as the anger coursed back through my veins, taking a deep breath, I looked back up at R, "why are you telling me this" she smiled and looked down on me
"I think it's time we started paying you for all your hard work" she said as we pulled up outside of a bank.

I looked around confused, but followed R and Mark quietly. I let my eyes wonder around the building as I followed her over to a desk, and waited patiently while Rita spoke to the person. It took about two minutes before an overfriendly man came striding from the offices around the corner. He greeted Rita and mark with hugs and kisses, then stepped over to me "and who is this little red bambino" he had an over flamboyant Italian accent, and a smile in his eyes as he observed me. Red stepped forwards, and placed her hands over my shoulders "Christopher this pretty little thing" she pinched my cheek slightly, causing me to bush, "is Scarlet, and scarlet" she looked at me, a soft smile growing on her face "needs new papers" the Italian man smiled and nodded
"ah, belle, come with me" he turned and walked quickly back to his office and sat us down. The office looked sterile, and clean, there was no evidence of anything like a family or friends, this room was purely used for his work. I spent the next hour or so chatting about how I would be paid, and how my name would change. I got new papers, and everything I would need to start a new life, Rita and Christopher made sure I had everything that I would need, and more so that I could leave. She even made sure that my father would be paid so that he didn't get suspicious. He would get some of the money I was making, and a lump sum would be paid at the end of the season. What was actually happening was I was to take any money I found with me when I left.

I left the building smiling at how nice Rita and Mark had been to me, and how they had been to me. They had earned a place in my heart, they were part of my own broken family, and to be honest, I was truly happy that they were there for me. Rita stopped the car about a block away from my house, so I could walk the rest of the way. We both got out of the car, and I jumped into her arms, restraining the tears that threatened
"thank you" I whispered as she wrapped her arms around me "thank you so much" Rita placed a kiss on my hair, and rubbed my back gently
"it's okay, baby girl, I'm here for you" I sniffed, still encircled by her arms I let her go and stepped back
"I don't think I'll ever be able to repay you," she smiled, and patted me on the head
"as long as you're okay, consider that payment enough" I smiled and hugged her again, then turned to start walking

I went home that night, relieved that I had money for when I disappeared, and I wouldn't have to rob my father to get it; I vowed that I would train, and be the best that I could be for the new season, which would start in a few weeks, so that I could be confident that I would win. As I walked up the stairs to my front door, I noticed someone sat on the steps "Scar" I stiffened at the sound of his voice
"Aron, go home" I said hoping my father hadn't seen him as I walked into my house, shutting the door behind me and ignoring Aron's pleas.
