Chapter 33

Emma parked her car at Granny's Inn and everyone got out. They all walked into the Inn and Emma leaded them to room 29. She lightly knocked on the door and Lacy answered.

"Hello" Lacy said

"Hi, Ms. Humbert. I want to introduce you to some people." Emma said. She pointed at Killian and said, "This is Killian Jones. He is the officer I was talking about." Lacy and Killian shook hands. Emma pointed to Mary and said, "This is Mary. She is a 2nd grade teacher." Then Lacy and Mary shook hands. Emma finally pointed to Red and said, "This is Red. She works at the Diner." Lacy and Red shook hands.

"It's nice to meet you all." Lacy said. "I think I know Mary from somewhere though."

"Oh, I'm David's wife." Mary said remembering that David knew her.

"That's it." Lacy said smiling. "Emma, I went over to the Diner and everyone in this town is so nice."

"Nothing bad really happens here either." Emma said.

"I met this girl named Regina and she is really nice." Lacy said.

"Oh, Regina is the mayor. She is really nice." Emma said shaking her head.

Regina was certainly nice. She sometimes would pass by the station and drop off dounts for Graham and Emma. She loved everyone in Storybrooke.

Lacy nodded with a smile and then said, "I'm going to go for a walk on the beach. It's a beautiful day out today."

"The docks and the beach are really relaxing." Killian said.

Lacy smiled and walked out of her room and shut the door. Emma and the crew followed her outside. When the crew were to Emma's bug they got in. They all waved to Lacy and Emma drove back to her apartment.

Emma parked her car when they were at the building and everyone scrambled out of the car. They walked up to her apartment and then walked in. Mary and Red plopped on the couch, Killian leaned against the counter, and Emma sat on a bar stool.

"She seems really nice." Killian said.

"Ya, and she's pretty for her age." Red said.

"She is really nice." Emma said.

Mary looked at the clock and it read 4:07pm.

"I'm going to head home. David is still sick and probably worried about me." Mary said getting up from the couch. "Come on Red." Red also got up from the couch. "See ya, Emma!" Mary said as she waved at Emma. "Don't think of ever hurting our girl!" Mary said giving Killian the stink eye.

"I would never!" Killian said.

"I know." Mary said laughing. "Bye guys!"

"Bye!" Red said.

"Bye, bye." Emma said. Mary and Red left and shut the door so it was only Emma and Killian. "That was a lot to take in. Like all day today was."

"Ya" Killian said.

Emma leaned on the counter and got closer to Killian.

"So what did they ask you?" Emma said.

"Just if I loved you and about sex?" Killian said.

"Ugh, they are so noisy." Emma said rolling her eyes.

"At least we are alone." Killian said then grabbed Emma's face and pushed his lips into hers. The kiss lasted intill they had to take a breather. When they did release Killian played with Emma's hair. "It's your birthday." Killian showed Emma his signature smirk.

Emma smiled and said, "What were you thinking?"

"Just a dinner date." Killian said looking away from Emma like it wasn't a big deal.

"Oh, really." Emma said.

Killian walked around the counter and grabbed Emma's hand. He started walking to the door with her when Emma stopped.

"Shouldn't I get changed into some nicer clothes?" Emma said looking back at her bedroom.

"No need." Killian said tugging Emma towards the door.

Emma thought, Great, he's probably taking me to Granny's.

Emma and Killian walked out the building. Killian walked away from his car and Emma started getting confused. He lead her to the beach and started walking along the beach.

"I thought this was supposed to be a dinner date." Emma said.

"Just wait." Killian said.

Emma decided to let Killian take the lead and guide her to what ever.

A few minutes passed and Emma saw a light. She squinted her eyes and tryed to make out what it was. Killian looked at her and quickly yelled at her.

"Stop! Close your eyes!"

Emma closed her eyes and giggled a little bit. Killian took Emma's shoulders and guided her acrossed the beach.

Killian then stopped her and said, "Open your eyes!"

Emma slowly opened her eyes and saw a blanket laied down on the sand. There was a picnic basket, plates, silverware, wine, wine glasses, and two candles. Emma gasped and looked up at Killian. He had a huge smile on he's face.

"Killian!" Emma started to say.

"I know." Killian said.

Killian pushed down Emma to sit down and she did. Then he sat down acrossed from her. Killian poured a glass of wine for each of them and then pulled food out of the picnic basket. He pulled out a Grilled Cheese and Onion Rings and Emma laughed. He then pulled out a Grilled Cheese and Fries for him and set the food on the plates.

"I hope you like." Killian said.

"Oh, Killian! It's wonderful. No one had ever done this for me." Emma said holding her heart.

"I hope you like your dinner, too." Killian said smiling.

Emma laughed and shook her head. She grabbed the grilled cheese and took a bite. She ate the whole thing within seconds. She then moved on to the onion rings. She slowly ate her onion rings because that's how she always eats them. When she was done she wiped her face with a napkin.

"Killian, thank you so much." Emma said.

"It's you birthday, Swan." Killian said.

"I know, but...Before I moved here...I never really celebrated my birthday...No one has ever celebrated it like this." Emma said.

"Well, you deserve this." Killian said standing up. He walked to Emma and helped her up. "What would you like to do on this very special day of yours, Love."

"Spend it with you." Emma said putting her head on his shoulder.

Killian smiled and kissed Emma's forehead.

"Do you want to go home?" Killian asked.

Emma nodded and Killian but everything in the basket. He then grabbed it and they started walking back to the apartment.

When they got back Emma opened the building door and they walked up to level two. They then opened the door to the apartment and walked in. Killian set the basket on the table and grabbed Emma's upper arms.

"I love you, Swan." Killian said looking deeply into Emma's eyes.

"I love you, too." Emma said.

Killian leaned in and kissed Emma. Emma's hand traveled through his hair as they kissed. Killian wrapped his arms around Emma's waist and brought her closer. After a while Emma started walking towards her bedroom. They both stumbled a few times but made it to her room. Emma quickly took his shirt off and Killian did the same to Emma. Emma unbuckled Killian's belt and then his pants. She took them off and then took off her own. Killian slammed his lips against hers again but Emma pushed him against the wall. She continued to kiss him getting more and more passionate. Killian then pushed Emma back and on to the bed.
