Chapter 37

Emma looked up at the clock and it read 3:08pm. She got up from her desk and grabbed her keys.

"Bye" Emma said as she walked out.

"Bye"

Emma walked to her car and started driving to Dr. Hopper's office.

When she got there she sat in the car intill it was 3:29pm. She got out of the car and walked into his office.

"Always on time aren't you Emma." Dr. Hopper said standing from his desk to sit down in a chair close to Emma. Emma smiled and sat down next to him. "Did you go to the library and get a book?"

"Yes. I got the Scars one." Emma said.

"How far did you get in it?" Dr. Hopper asked.

"I read it all." Emma said with a straight face.

"Really! That's awesome Emma! I'm so proud of you!" Dr. Hopper said excited.

"It was really good, too. I couldn't put it down."

"Obviously." Dr. Hopper said laughing.

"After today's meeting I'm going to get another book." Emma said now smiling.

"I'm glad you started reading." Dr. Hopper said.

"I am, too."

"So anything happen today?"

"No, not really. Just went to work." Emma said shrugging her shoulders.

"That's good." Dr. Hopper said nodding. "So, I don't really have anything today for you to do."

"Ok." Emma said nodding.

"You can go, I hope you pick out a good book."

Emma smiled and walked out of his office. She got into her car and the clock read 4:05pm. She was actually out early. She started driving to the library to get another book.

When she got there she parked her car and grabbed Scars in the passenger seat. She walked in and Belle greeted her.

"Hello, Emma."

"Hello" Emma said waving her hand.

"Here to get another book?" Belle asked.

"Ya, I finished his one." Emma said holding up the book.

"Awesome!" Belle said.

Emma walked over to the book shelves and started looking around. About 6 minutes past when she found a book called Part of You. The cover was a little sexual but Emma thought it was nothing that she couldn't handle. She gave it to Belle along with Scars. She checked out Part of You and checked in Scars for her. Belle said goodbye and Emma walked out. She got in her car and drove home.

When she got home she parked her car and walked to the building and up to the second level. She walked to her apartment and walked in. She closed the door behind her for it to open right up again. She turned around quick and saw Killian standing there.

"What are yo-" Emma began to say but Killian slammed his lips against hers.

Emma fell into the kiss and dropped her book and keys on the ground. Her hand went through Killian's hair. Killian finally released and put his finger on her lips.

"Shhhh...." Killian said quietly. Emma gave him a confused looks and Killian lead her to her bedroom. He sat down on the bed and also sat Emma down. He then said, "You have to promise me you won't tell anyone what I'm about to tell you."
