Chapter 13

Graham starts to walked in when Emma takes his arm. Graham turns around and looks at her confused.

"Stop, let's just wait till he comes out,or something. It's better then you going in there. It's a small space and your a bigger target for him." Emma said concerned.

"Ok, let's wait out here, I guess." Graham said going to lean against his car.

"Ok, I'm going back home guys. I hope you get him." David said walking back to his truck.

David then drove away leaving Emma, Killian, and Graham alone with Rumple.

Emma looked down at her phone and it said 2:05pm. She stuffed her phone back in her pocket and brought her feet up, to sit criss-cross.

Emma looked over towards the boat and saw someone move in it. She kept her eyes locked on the boat. All of the sudden Rumple came out of the boat.

"Graham!" Emma yelled.

Graham looked up from the ground and scrabbled to his feet. He pulled his pistol out and pointed it at Rumple.

"I see you guys are glad to have me back." Rumple said with a smirk on his face. "Can I take a stroll around town?"

"No! Get in the car or I'll have to fire!" Graham screamed.

"Ok,ok,ok, why can't I just have a little fun." Rumple said pulling out a pistol and waving it around.

"Rumple! Put the gun down or I'll have to shoot!" Graham screamed.

"Oh, I don't want any trouble." Rumple said with a smirk.

"Rumple!" Graham said grinding his teeth.

"Oh calm down! Take a chill pill, Graham." Rumple said walking over to Graham.

"Keep walking and you will see where my bullet goes!" Graham said aiming the gun at his chest.

Emma started to panic. She didn't know what to do.

Rumple was now right in front of Graham. He was inches away from his nose.

"I came here to enjoy my old town." Rumple said. "And I'm going to! No one is going to get in my way!"

"Rumple." Graham said trying to calm Rumple down. "Just get in the car and I will drive you around."

"No! Because your going to drive me around and then right to the police station!" Rumple said getting on his last nerve.

"Rumple, don't do anything you'll regret." Graham said.

"Oh, I won't regret this." Rumple said then shot Graham right in the chest.

Emma stood there in shock. Then Killian shot Rumple from behind her. Rumple feel to the ground as Graham was trying to stay alive. Emma ran over to Graham and grabbed him.

"No! No! No! Graham! Graham! Don't go! Come on, stay with me!" Emma screamed as tears ran down her face.

Graham tucked some of her hair behind her ear and said, "I love you, Beautiful."

Emma, tears rushing down her face, said, "I love you, too."

Graham breathed his last breath and it was silent. All you could hear was Emma's quiet sobbing and the waves crashing into the docks.
