Chapter 55

It's been a month and Emma is walking into Dr. Hopper's office on a Friday. She sits down in a chair and Dr. Hopper comes walking over and sits down as well.

"How are you doing?" Dr. Hopper asks.

"Good." Emma says nodding.

"You know those tests you took last week for your depression."

"Ya"

"Well the results came in." Dr. Hopper said. "Emma, you kicked depression out of your life! For good!"

Emma opened her mouth but the words didn't come out. She just sat there in shock.

The last couple of times she took the test it would come back and say that she still had depression. She tried and tried to get it away and she finally did.

Emma finally could get the words out and say, "Thank you so much! I wouldn't have been able to do it if it wasn't for you!"

"I'm so happy for you Emma!" Dr. Hopper said.

She got up from her seat and so did Dr. Hopper.

She wrapped him in a hug and said, "Thank you."

"Your welcome, Emma." Dr. Hopper replied. Emma let go of Dr. Hopper and held in her squeals. "I want you to come back on the first of every month though." Emma nodded and then Dr. Hopper said, "You can go. I'll see you next month."

Emma said goodbye and left. She could wait to tell Killian and Morgan and Mary and Red and David! She was so excited. She hopped in her bug and drove straight home.

When she got home she ran to the porch and there was a note taped to the door. It read:

Meet me at the beach!
I have a surprise for you.
~Killian

Emma smiled and started walking to the beach.

When she got there she walked down a small set of stairs and into the sand. She saw Killian standing a few feet away and walked over to him.

"Good Evening, Love." Killian said taking Emma's hand. Emma smiled and they started walking. "The surprised is a little ways but I thought it would be nice to take a little walk." Killian smiled at Emma and she smiled back. "So, today Morgan got an A+ on her math test."

"That's awesome!" Emma said.

"I know. I'm so proud of her." Killian said.

"I am, too." Emma said as she rested her head on Killian's shoulder.

"What happened at Dr. Hopper's?" Killian asked.

Emma stopped and looked at Killian with excitement.

"I beat depression! It's gone!" Emma yelled.

Killian had the hugest smile on his face as he picked Emma up.

"I'm so happy! Emma it's gone!" Killian said as he spun Emma around. He finally put Emma down and slammed his lips into hers. They shared a sweet romantic kiss. After a while they released from the kiss. "We are almost to the surprise, Love!" Killian said taking Emma's hand and walking a little faster then they were.

Killian all of the sudden stopped and Emma looked around. But she saw nothing.

"What?" Emma said confused.

Killian then got down on one knee and pulled out a little box. He opened it and there was beautiful ring inside.

"Emma Swan, Will you marry me?" Killian asked.

Emma put her hands to her face and started tearing up.

"Yes! Yes!" Emma said.

Killian put the ring on her finger and got up. He grabbed Emma's face and crashed his lips into hers. Emma fell into the kiss and everything in the world went away.

Emma finally found the person who truly loves her and she wasn't going to let him go.
