Chapter 44

Emma knocks on Killian's door and Killian answered it. He hugs her and pulls her into the house.

"You okay?" Killian asks.

"Ya" Emma says.

"Morgan is in her room. I talked to her about Graham. I told her not to bring it up." Killian said.

"Thank you" Emma said.

Killian walked over to the couch with Emma and they both sat down. Emma rested her head on his shoulder and just sat there in silence.

After they had dinner and played a board game it was time they went to bed. Morgan was in her room fast asleep and Killian and Emma were getting ready for bed. Killian climbed into bed and Emma followed him. She set an alarm on her phone and put it on the nightstand. She lied on Killian's chest and felt his heartbeat beating.

"Are you sure your okay, Swan?" Killian asked stroking Emma's hair.

"Ya, as long as I'm with you." Emma said.

Before she heard what Killian said she fell asleep.

Emma woke up to her alarm and turned over to see Killian start to wake up.

"Good Morning, Swan." Killian said still a little tired.

"Good Morning." Emma said smiling at him.

Killian wrapped his arms around Emma's waist and pulled her close. Emma let out a giggle and Killian slammed his lips into hers. They both fell into the kiss so easily.

When they both released Killian brought his hand up to Emma's face and smiled at her.

"Swan, you are gorgeous." Killian said.

Emma blushed and rubbed his arm. Killian then got out of bed and so did Emma. Emma got into the bag she brought and pulled out the outfit. She began getting dressed but Killian came up behind her and picked her up. Emma let out a squeal and giggled.

"I wish it was Saturday." Killian whispered.

"Me, too." Emma said turning around so she was facing Killian. "But, it's not. We have to get ready for work."

Killian let go of Emma and she finished getting dressed. She then walked to the bathroom and brushed her hair. She straightened it and then walked into the kitchen were Killian and Morgan were.

"Good Morning, Morgan" Emma said as she sat down at the table.

"Good Morning, Emma" Morgan replied.

"I made eggs and bacon." Killian said.

They all sat down and ate the eggs and bacon. When they were all done Killian put the dishes in the sink and Emma walked into the bathroom. She brushed her teeth and then put her stuff back in the bag she brought. She looked at the clock and it read 7:05am. She set the bag at the door and walked over to Killian. Killian was with Morgan and trying to braid her hair.

"Let me see." Emma said laughing. She grabbed the hair away from Killian and started undoing all the knots he made. "You just made knots!" Emma laughed again.

"I'm sorry, I don't know how to do this stuff. I'm new at all this dad stuff." Killian said.

Emma laughed once more and then asked Morgan, "What kinda braid do you want?"

"Just a regular braid." Morgan said. Emma braided her hair and then put a hair tie at the end. Morgan looked at her braid and smiled. She stepped back and said, "Thanks, Emma."

"Your Welcome." Emma said. She looked at how beautiful Morgan looked. She had a black tank-top on and a floral skirt. She was absolutely gorgeous.

"Ok, so you have to take three stand of hair." Killian said.

"Yes" Emma said laughing.

"I think I got it now." Killian said.

"You sure." Emma said.

"I think." Killian said.

Morgan and Emma laughed and then they all got ready to go to the station. Morgan grabbed a few things and Emma grabbed her bag. They all walked out of the house and into their cars. Emma through her bag into the back seat and pulled out of the driveway. She started driving and was planning on stopping at Granny's first for some coffee.
