Aspen

A spark of magic blasted through the brick walls of the castle.

We all dodged out of the way as Azelea summoned these Shadow Animals. They shape-shifted into all sorts of animals, but the ones I was afraid of were the Borebulls. The Borebulls' attacks were crazy! The force they put is nearly impossible, and to add on their horns were sharper than swords. One of them charged at us, but an aura of white light pushed them into the shadows.

When I looked to Reese, she was flying with this deadly essence.

"Reese?" I said trying to get her out of her trance. "What are you doing?!"

She didn't answer. Instead, she aimed her hand with a bright, beaming light and shot it at Azelea. I then felt this throbbing pain overwhelm me, and I couldn't move. I looked over to the others, and I noticed that Autumn was falling to the ground. My eyes widened with realization for what was going on.

The visions that everyone had were coming together.

Before anyone could do anything for her, Reese's light brightened the entire room. I screamed with pain as something felt like a sword to my chest, and I fell to my knees as everything turned back to normal.

Autumn

I was on the stone ground while Rose and Lilac were helping me up. I winced with pain as hey flew me into the air. I looked up  and opened my weak eyes as much as I could. I noticed that Azelea was on the ground and holding her head from the blast, but something bothered me.

"Nan," Rose said. "We need to get you outta here."

"What..... happened?" I asked weakly.

I then heard a whimper from Alex, and looking at her was painful. Her fur was stained with small patches of blood, she was limping, and her eyes showed nothing. She looked to me and spoke with a hoarse voice.

"Autumn," she said. "That power was from Reese. She's out of control and-"

Just then, a loud explosion made us turn our heads. Reese was in the air, with her hair flowing with power. She was giving a glare to a man with the same colored hair and same eyes. I then noticed who he was. From the pictures, the stories, the vision....

It was Grody; the leader of the Guardians.

"Ah, Reese," he said while smiling. "What a nice family reunion. Is your mother-"

"DON'T YOU TALK ABOUT MY FAMILY!" Reese shouted. "Where are my brothers? Where did you put the people of Earth? What do you want with them?"

"Now now, sister, one question at a time. Now, your brothers and the people of Earth are over a boiling pit of lava and their rope is about to be cut by Az-" He looked over to where Azelea was, but she was no where to be found. "By me when I'm done with you."

"You wouldn't dare."

As the two fought it out in another part of the castle, Rose told Lilac to take me to the Meadows. Lilac took me over her shoulders as Aspen, Alex, Valery, and Rose ran towards where Reese was headed. Lilac blew the teleportation dust over us, and the sun was suddenly shining in my eyes.

"Nan," Lilac said. "If this is true, then tell the people of the Meadows to run."

"There's going to be a force, Lilac," I said. "A force that will lead us somewhere better. Where this chaos will leave us forever." Lilac's eyes filled with tears as many pixies surrounded us.

One of which was a limping Faux.

"Faux..." I said as he took me to the greenery. "How did you survive?"

"Some magical bearer helped," he said. "Now, c'mon. We need to treat you now."

I felt myself becoming weaker and weaker as the pixies lifted me away from Lilac.
