"Hello?" Dr. Parrish asks as Tobias drives through the city of Portland.
"Hey Dr. Parrish, it's Four and Tris." Tobias says to the Bluetooth connected in the truck, "We were calling because we had a quick question about one of the boys."
"Okay," He says and I look back at Jonah to see his cheeks flushed even more and he's asleep, I start to feel my eyes tingle due to small tears forming. I hate seeing one of my boys sick, it just makes me completely upset. I don't want them sick, but I know that there would be days where it happens. If only I could stop it somehow.
"Jonah threw up, and I thought it was completely normal because he had just finished eating. But, Tris and I noticed that he was warm. His cheeks were flushed and he used the bathroom quite a bit, we both think that he caught a bug and we wanted to hear your input on it." Tobias says as I turn back around in the seat and cross my arms over my chest.
"To me he sounds like he has gastroenteritis―a common stomach bug for children. Tris, I actually have a question for you." Dr. Parrish says as Tobias pulls into the garage of our apartment, "Does Jonah show any signs of not wanting to eat?"
"Well, he hasn't really been eating, only twice today."
"Yeah, he sounds like he has the stomach bug. How's Matthew?"
"Matthew's fine, I just hope that he doesn't catch what Jonah has. Do you have any idea on how we get rid of it?" Tobias asks.
"Well, there's this trick for that. It's called, 'Rule 20', you would give the child a ounce of something to drink every twenty minutes if he can hold it down. Now, as for breast feeding, do the same but for every twenty minutes or so. Also, if he is having runny stool, make sure that you rub his bottom after every diaper change with barrier cream. It's not much you can do, it's probably just a 24-hour bug." Dr. Parrish says and I sigh.
"Okay, thanks so much." I tell him. After Tobias finishes he ends the call and I turn to Tobias. "Do we have barrier cream?" I furrow my eyebrows and Tobias shakes his head.
"I will help bring the boys up and then go out to get the cream and dinner." Tobias offers, "I can take Matthew so you can have one sick baby to deal with." I nod my head giving Tobias a quick kiss on the mouth.
"Thanks for your help." I tell him and he smiles at me.

"Aw, baby." I kiss Jonah's head to see that he is still warm, he had a temperature of 99.7 and I just tried to cuddle with him but still gave him enough space. He whines and actually starts rooting towards my breast. I can't help but to smile brightly and unbutton my shirt, I kiss his head and help him latch on to me.
Even though he's eating, I'm still nervous that he's going to get sick later. He continues to eat, even when I hear Tobias come in at the front door, "Tris?" Tobias calls out for me and I carefully stand up from the rocking chair in the boys room, cautious to not jostle Jonah's stomach.
"Hey." I greet my husband, kissing him on the cheek.
"Jonah's eating?" Tobias says peaking through the blanket covering Jonah. "That's great," He unstraps a sleeping Matthew and goes to their room and comes back a little later. Jonah finally finishes eating after a couple of minutes and I burp him hoping that he doesn't puke up all of his food, he spits up a little bit but not as much as expected.
"I got a few things from the store, including the cream. But, for dinner I got Moroni's for dinner," I can't help but to give a big smile, that will still and always be my favorite restaurant. "How's my boy doing?" Tobias says as we walk into the kitchen.
"Well, he ate a little bit and only spit up a little bit. I think that he's going to get through it quicker than I thought." I say with a smile as I see Jonah's eyes flutter shut, "What did you get from my favorite restaurant?" I ask smiling and he takes out our usual food.
"Your favorite." Tobias holds up the chicken parm. I smirk at him with a knowing look. "I have to walk the dogs, I'll be right back." Tobias says giving me a quick kiss on the lips and leaves the kitchen with me, alone, in the kitchen with Moroni's.

"Hercules, come back!" I chase after the playful dog on the sidewalk, people shrieking thinking that my dog is mean. Zeus keeps up with me as I run after my crazy dog and up ahead, I see a small, manicured, hand pick up the leash to the dog and I look up to see. . . Nita?
"Four?" She smiles at me and I back away a little bit from her, "Long time no see, when was the last time? At the bar wasn't it?" She hands me the black leash and Hercules turns around and starts barking at her.
I tug on his leash and he looks at me with his mouth agape, panting. "Hello, Nita." I mentally cringe at her name, all of the memories of college settling in the forefront of my mind.
"Life going well for you?"
"Yes, I should get back to the apartment. Tris is there and one of the boys is sick." I give her a small smile and she nods her head at me, placing her hand on my shoulder. That's when I notice her attire, she has on running clothes. A little too tight and revealing, I guess she, and others, are trying to soak up some of this sun before it gets cold in a month or two.
"Alright, you know. You and I should catch up sometime, I'm a changed person. You can have my word for it, I would just like to sit down with a cup of coffee and discuss life." She says and I nod my head, pursing my lips in a tight line.
"Alright, that sounds reasonable." I say and turn around, telling her goodbye before I head back to the apartment to my beautiful wife and two amazing sons.

Fun Fact: The restaurant name, "Moroni's" came from me typing in something and auto-correct changed it to Moroni's. It's been Moroni's ever since.
Ps: Sorry for the delay, I fell asleep because I wasn't feeling well. Not edited.
