You woke up chained to a wall in a dungeon. It was cold and damp, which was very convenient considering you usually get sick very easily. As to how you got there, well let's just say that the next time you want to make a bet with your friends saying that you could stay in the creepy castle that stood beyond your village for an hour, think twice before you make that same stupid mistake again.

Your stupid bet had gotten you trapped in the dungeon of the most fierce and diabolically evil fairy king, Malice. There was no way in hell that you would be able to escape anytime soon, the cuffs digging into your wrists were very tight and very strong, so there would be chance for you to escape.

When you first walked into the foyer, your curious mind began to wonder what was behind all of those closed doors. And, well, when you began to explore you touch things and when you touch things, they sometimes break. You destroyed his weapons, dropped his potion bottles causing them to smash into a million tiny little pieces, and last but not least, you almost ripped every page in his spell book.

Being locked in the dungeon was his punishment for you. But hey, it could be worse, he could've killed you. However, something about you caused him to change his mind. So until he figured out what that something was, he locked you in the dungeon so you wouldn't escape.

You sighed and tried not to cringe from the pain that had started at your wrists an hour ago. Why you thought it was a good idea to sit down while having your arms over your head is beyond me.Within that hour the pain had traveled from your wrists all the way down to your shoulders. You didn't understand how he would think that this would be comfortable, but then again he probably didn't understand anything other than torture and murder.

At first you did try to fight back, then he looked at you with those glowing green eyes, and you become a victim under his spell.

Just as the pain began to your neck, the door to the dungeon slammed open, revealing the gorgeous monster who put you there in the first place.

"Hello, pest. Have you finally learned your lesson?" He asked you in a deep husky voice that sent shivers down your spine.

"Yes." You said followed by a small whimper.

His devilish smile tired into a sour frown. He walks over to you, folding his dragon- like wings into his spine so they wouldn't get dirty. He towers over you, looking down at you with those piercing yet beautiful green orbs, before he crouches down in front of you and grabs your chin with a little too much force.

"Yes what?" He asked you as his green eyes begin to glow.

When you didn't answer him right away, he pinched your chin with even more force than the first time. It caused you to whimper again, that earned a smile from the king of darkness.

"Yes, m-master." He let go of your chin and began to stroke your cheek.

"That's a good little beastie. Now are you ready to cooperate?" He asked you sweetly.

Why he was acting like this know, you didn't know, but one thing was for sure, you knew that you couldn't trust that it might last.

"Yes, m-master." You said in barely a whisper.

Well how could you speak at all when he was starring in such an intimate way. It made you blush a deep crimson.

"I'm afraid, I can't let you go little one." He said that with so much sincerity that it almost made your heart break.

"W-what? W-why?" You asked him with confusion written all over your face.

He sighed and stroked your cheek one last time before pulling away and sitting on the floor across from you.

"There's a reason why people never make it out of my domain. That reason being because this castle is cursed." He looked at you with a sad smile.

"C-cursed? W-what do you m-mean by c-cursed?" You asked him in a shaky voice.

He closed his eyes and began to tell you a story that would change your life forever.

"When I was younger, I was seen as nothing more than a monster. My father decided to hide me away from the rest of our kind, so he placed a spell on this castle. I was never allowed to leave, and anyone who would enter this domain would be trapped here forever. At first I didn't understand why he would do that, that's when I knew it was because he was ashamed of me." Every word that he had said to you had tugged at your heart, but there was one thing you didn't understand.

"Why was he ashamed of you?" You asked him gently.

He looked up at you through long black lashes. The sadness and despair you saw in his eyes was to heart breaking to look at, but you starred straight into his eyes to let him know that you cared enough to listen to him, it's the least you could do since you caused him so much trouble.

"It was because he was a fairy of the light, I was born a fairy of the darkness." He said with a hint of edge in his tone.

"You don't seem so bad." He looked at you at you with wide eyes.

He began to laugh as if you said something funny.

"Says the little beastie in chains." A green mist surrounded around his finger tips as he waves his hand in front of you.

In an instant the chains that held your arms up, releaved you from your pain. Once you were freed from your shackles, you began to caress the red bruises on you wrists. You knew they would be like that for a while.

"I'm sorry that you were forced to stay here with me and you're probably going to hate it here, but I should tell you in advance that I get upset very easily. So if I don't talk to you one day, don't get mad at me okay?" Well that explained his many mood swings that he has, and here you thought he was bipolar.

"Do I have to stay in here?" You asked him shyly.

He shook his head and stood up. You stood up to and walked behind him as he made his way over to the door. You both walked out and began to walk up a set of metal stairs. Once out of the depths of the dungeon, he lead you down a corridor.

He stopped at a black painted door. He turned to you with a scowl on his face. His eyes began to glow green as he starred into your bright (e/c) ones.

"You will forget all that I've told you expect for the part about you not being able to leave." You blinked in confusion.

"Why do you want me to forget?" You asked him suspiciously.

His eyes grew wide when he realized that his power doesn't work on you. That only made him more angrier.

"Because it's better for you to hate me than to like me." And with that being said, he stormed off down the hallway and around the corner.

All that time you couldn't help but think that he was bipolar after all.
