You couldn't help but watch from a close distance as your crush began to make a snowman. His little brother hoping around in excitement. Your eyes grew wide with wonder as you watched him bring the little snowman to life. You gasped when you heard it talk, you quickly covered your mouth and hid behind the tree before he could see you.

You were a little too late because you heard the snow crunching underneath someone's boots. You held your breath when the crunching noise stopped, then out of nowhere a young boy with eyes as blue as the ocean and hair as white as whip cream jumped in front of you, causing you to scream in surprise.

The young boy who looked about two years older than you, starred at you in wonder. Your cheeks began to heat up when you realized that he was starting at you as if he had discovered something new. You felt flustered.

"Stop starring at me like that!" You said before you covered your face with your hands.

You heard the crunching of snow once again. You held your breath as to warm hands un-shielded your face. He starred down at you with compassion in those bright blue orbs of his. Taking a closer look they were actually a crystal blue, they were so beautiful that they nearly took your breath away.

"Why don't you want me to look at you?" He asked you in a voice that hasn't quite reached maturity just yet.

He looked a little hurt when he asked you that. You didn't know how a beautiful creature like him could ever be hurt by words coming from someone like you.

You were a nobody, a rebel child even. You have been causing trouble for others your entire life, so naturally when you were trying to be helpful, people would usually kick you to the curb. They wanted nothing to do with you and they wanted nothing from you. This making you the local outcast in all of Arendelle.

People have always told you that you were never good enough or that you were worthless, but one day this young boy in front of you had put a stop to that.

The other village kids had decided to pick on you, and they began to throw things at you. He heard your cries of pain and took hold of the situation immediately and told them that if they ever did that again, he would have them punished.

You smiled up at your hero with blushing cheeks. He smiled right back at you with pink tinting his cheeks.

"You know, you never did thank me for saving you." He told you all matter-of-factly.

You looked at him in embarrassment.

"T-thank you." You said in a squeaky voice.

He laughed at your embarrassment, but not because he was making fun of you, but because he found Your embarrassment adorable.

"I'm Edan." He tells you as he takes your hand in his firmly.

"I'm (y/n)." You said breathlessly as he kissed your hand.

He looked at your through long lashes as he smiled a devilish smile at you.

"Care to join my brother and I in a snowball fight, be warned, I never lose." He said in a challenging voice.

You narrowed your eyes at him and returned his smile with a mischievous one.

"Neither do I." You said just as challenging.

He quickly let go of your hand and manifested a snowball out of thin air. He had aimed it to hit your shoulder, but it instead hit your face.

The sting of the snow against your face caused your nose to turn red. You glared at him and picked up a fist full of snow, made it into a ball , and threw it at him. It hit him squarely between his eyes, causing him to yelp in pain. You both then glared at each other.
