Who I Want to Be

When I'm down, it's a never ending tunnel of grief.
When I'm happy, it's a never ending sense of relief.
On my bad days I'm tired, but sleep doesn't give me aid.
And when I am myself, I have energy in spades.
When I am depressed, there is nothing I want to do.
When I am my regular self, I see things in a different view.
The moral of this story is to always take your meds,
Because when you don't, it's hard getting out of bed.
