Mother, you don't understand
You're a huge part of my life
You're an example of what it means
To be a mom and to be a wife

You tend to every duty
With unadulterated grace
And even when you're scared
You look fear in the face

You've found the balance between work
And when it's okay to play
And you are living proof
That everything turns out okay

One day I hope you can see
Just who you really are
One of God's creations
Most beautiful near and far

Mirror, mirror please tell me
Who's most beautiful in the land
The answer comes so honestly
Beauty comes from the mother's hand
