Chapter XVIII

*Oliver's pov*

I chuckled at (y/n)'s reaction when I said I was her brother."No no no! (y/b/n) is my brother." I frown slightly but get an idea."How about we do a DNA test. See if either I'm right or you are. What do you say?" She thinks for a moment."Ok. But if I'm wrong will you tell me what happened? And if I'm right, tell me who you are." I agree to her statement and walk her to the office. I go over to Felicity. "Hey. Is it possible if you can let us take a DNA test?" Felicity hesitates but agrees. We start by taking a blood sample and next we have to do the cotton swab in the mouth. We both do it but (y/n) cringes after both things."Well it's gonna be a while for he results. Do you still want to get to know each other?" I ask (y/n), and she agrees. We talk for like four hours getting to know each other and tell childhood stories. Felicity walks in and has a couple of papers."Ok! Here are the results and you both have the same blood type and DNA matched. But...(y/n) your cells don't look normal. What happened to them?" (y/n) looks down and I turn to look at her."Nine months ago there was a particle accelerator explosion where I live. Me and Barry were talking when it went off but we were both affected by it. I woke up a couple of weeks ago because throughout the entire nine months I was in a coma. Barry went through the same thing. I guess I can just show you." (y/n) gets up but I don't understand what she is about to do.

*(y/n)'s pov*

I stood up ready to show my super speed. I grab a mug and tell Felicity to drop it."Ok." She questions but on three she dropped it waiting for the crash but I used my speed and caught it. They looked at me surprised. I sped arouns cleaning the office. I came back and Oliver checked his watch."You've done all of that in like 2 seconds." I shrug."The accelerator gave me super speed like Barry." I look at Felicity and she still has her mouth open. I used my speed to stand next to her. I put my hand under her chin and closed her mouth. Then I sped back into my place next to Oliver."I have to tell you something as well." Oliver stands up but says to wait and walks out. A few minutes pass and a guy in a green suit with a quiver and bow comes out of knowhere. I recognized him but when he pulled down his hood..."Oliver?!" He smiles slightly and nods."My brother who I just found is the Green Arrow?!" He laughs at my reaction "Yes. I'm the Green Arrow." I slap myself in my mind back into reality. My phone bleeps and I check it.

Hey (y/n)! Where are you? Cisco said you went somewhere but you didn't say. I wanna take you out for lunch!

I laugh at the text and call Barry."Hello?" "Hey Bar!" "Oh hey (n/n). Wher are you?" "I'm with my brother." "Oh (b/n)?" "No. My real brother." "What do you mean?" I explain my story when I was little but don't give oliver away."Oh wow. So how about lunch?" "That sounds great! Can my brother tag along?" I wink at Oliver and he just laughs knowing that I planned something."Sure where?" "Um....how about Jitters?" "That sounds ok to me. I'll meet you and your brother there?" I smile "Definitely." We hang up and I turn to Oliver. "Looks like you and I get to go to lunch with an old friend. Do you think you can disguise yourself to make it a surprise?" He chuckles and goes into a room. He comes back out and has a T-shirt with a flannel, jeans and sneakers. He is wearing a cap but it shades his face."How about this?" He asks I nod "Perfect." I walk over and put my arm around his waist."You may want to hold on." He wraps his arm around my shoulders and I speed off.
