"Why on Earth are we going to a cemetery at one in the morning?" I ask, walking cautiously behind Naomi.

She's so pretty.

"So we can get eaten by zombie! What do you think?"

She's so sarcastic and adorable.

"Nine one one? Yes, I'm with beautiful mad woman." I joke.

Beautiful. I can't-I called her-oh no.

"Anyway, the rest of the wishes are great to do in a cemetery and I've always wanted to go in the middle of the night." Naomi explains quickly.

She is so weirdly cute.

"That totally makes sense." I roll my eyes as we approach a city map.

"Do you think they'll be open?" She asks, turning to me

Why is she so short. God, She's cute.

"I don't know, Naomi." I sigh, looking past her at the map. I run my finger along the map and then nod.

I wanna wrap my arms around her, sweet Jesus.

"Do you know where we're going?" I look down at her and nod, smiling.

BeatBeatBeat.

"I'm pretty sure the place will be open too." I chuckle.

"Yes! Yay! Woo-hoo!" Naomi jumps around, cheering.

"Calm down, Ruth." I smile, laying a hand on her shoulder.

BeatBeatBeat.

"Okay, okay. I'm calm." She takes a deep breath, shrugging off my hand.

"Shall we go, m'lady?" I offer my hand and smile.

Never mind. Abort gentleman act. Feelings are getting in the way.

"We shall." She takes my hand. "Lead the way."

It worked.

"Alright." I take off in one direction, laughing while running with her.

Oh my, this is really happening.

Both our palms get sweaty and as far as I'm concerned, my heart is the only one that's beating faster than it should. We run and run and run, racing past the empty parked cars and and flickering street lights. We slow down at every intersection and we both look out for cars before running hand in hand again.

My hand is holding her's.

Wow, I really do like her.

We finally make it to the cemetery gates, completely out of breath. I push the gate and by some sick luck, it opens.

This is really happening.

We quickly make it inside and look around. I look around cautiously while Naomi lingers back, admiring the beauty of the dead plants and headstones.

I feel a warm breath on my neck, "here's Johnny!" The thing whispers.

Not because I was scared, but simply because of the human instinct I scream, jumping and shaking. I turn around to see Naomi, practically pissing herself from laughter. "Not funny, Naomi Ruth."

"Oh, wow. My full name. I wouldn't be speaking Eric Gage Levitt."

"You scared the living crap out of me!"

"Didn't you know I would do that?"

"I should've known."

She's gonna be the death of me.

That beautiful, colored hair girl is gonna be the death of me.
