Jay's POV

I walked beside Marshal, as we traveled. I felt something was following us because I saw black flashed out of the corner of my eye.

It seemed like Marshal was also suspicious. He would look around the forest a lot, and when I would ask what's wrong, he would shake his head and say it was nothing.

"So... do you actually think someone is following us?" I asked for about the millionth time.

He didn't bother to answer. I saw a black, short tail, and I nudged Marshal.

"Hmm?" I pointed to the tail. He walked toward it, but it yanked away.

"Huh?"

He followed it, and I went after him. I heard rustling up ahead. I ran towards the sound.

I ran into a clearing, with someone standing in the middle of it. They turned around. It was a girl, with brown hair and a black bandanna around her neck. She wore black clothes.

She looked a lot like Charlotte.

The girl smirked and stroked her black dinosaur looking animal. "Looks like we have her right where we want her, Tekken. But we can't celebrate just yet."

She jumped toward me, but I dodged. She skidded on the grass, sending it flying.

"Hmm. You're good, aren't you? Well, I should probably get this wrapped up so I can get back to Lord Drake," she said as she jumped again. I dodged again, but she anticipated that and grabbed my foot.

I toppled over on top of her, and we wrestled a little. "I'll cut you if I have to," she said menacingly. Suddenly, she got blown off me.

"Stop this immediately!"
