Chapter 14

   Y/N'S POV

  Honestly, I was still red-faced from Clark's and I's dance from last night. The way that my hands fit in his, arms were linked, eyes were intensively staring into each other's; it was the best feeling in the world. I felt like I had nothing to worry about and everything was going to be okay, but I was snapped into reality quick.
  Imagine waking up to realize you had been kidnapped. I looked down and I only had on one of Clark's shirts and some really short shorts. The one time I got kidnapped was when I did not have the most appropriate outfit on. All I wanted to do was to be in Clark's embrace, because I was so scared right now.

  I heard footsteps, followed by a familiar chuckle. I looked up and saw Lex Luthor. I tried to break free, but my hands were chained to the desk.

  Lex spun around a few times in his chair, before he stopped and leaned on the desk saying,"Let's talk business, shall we? Now, Ms. L/N, I hate to you know take you from your home, but this simply had to be done. YOU CAN NOT JUST BLOW SOMEONE OFF AND EXPECT FOR THEM TO BE OKAY WITH IT!!"

  I flinched at his attitude, while Lex cleared his throat and apologized saying,"Sorry, my temper is NOT the best sometimes; especially, since Superman is not owning up to my plan. He is making my life harder, which is why you are here, Y/N."

  Lex walked over to my side of the desk and sat down on it.

  He ran his hands down my arms and smirked saying,"You are going to lure Flyboy into my glorious trap!! Then, I can finally kill him and get what I paid for!! Understand?"

  I shook my head saying,"No, I am not gonna let you hurt him..I-"

  Lex cut me off by saying,"I love him. That is what you were gonna say, wasn't it? WELL, GUESS WHAT?!! I DON'T CARE!! We all have to make sacrifices, even the worse, Ms. L/N. If you plan on being a stubborn cupcake, then.."

  Lex held out my wrists, while I tried to get out of his grip.

   He put a device around my wrist saying,"This will alert me if you are being a good girl and leading Superman to LexCorp. Trust me, he will not hate you, but just might not trust you after this. I am sure there are others out there, right?"

  Luthor smiled at me and sent me a wink, before I noticed a familiar red cape coming this way. I quickly braced myself, while Superman grabbed Lex Luthor.

  He pushed him against the desk and said,"Where is Y/N? I know she is here, Luthor..Do not even think about lying.."

  Lex chuckled and pointed towards my direction, while tears poured down my face. I could not even look at Clark, because I knew I was going to hurt him. I tried to wipe my face, but there was no use in it. I felt a familiar pair of strong arms wrap around me, before Superman picked me up and quickly flew us out of LexCorp.

  He immediately held my face and frowned saying,"Darling, what happened? Did he hurt you?"

  I shook my head and buried my face in Clark's blue suit. I could feel him sigh underneath me, before he settled me down in my own bed. I rested my head against my pillow, while Clark pulled me into his arms.

  He rubbed my back and I sobbed saying,"I love you so much, Kent. I am sorry if I-"

  Clark cut me off by placing kisses all over my face and softly saying,"You are not going to hurt me, Y/N. Y/N, I know you would never do something like that.."

  Hearing those words only made it worse. Clark stayed with me, until I fell asleep. I had a hard time believing Clark would ever love me the same again.

   NEXT DAY.... (STILL Y/N'S POV)

  This morning, Lex rudely woke me up from my sleep and made me come down to LexCorp. I had a hard time escaping Clark's questions and concerns, but I managed to make it here in one piece.
 
  As I walked through the restricted areas, I spotted Lex talking to some co-workers.

  He motioned me over and said,"This is the lovely, Ms. L/N, who kindly accepted my offer to do business with us. She will be in charge of my biggest project yet, because I feel it will be ready sooner with her here. We cannot waste any time, so I will see you all tomorrow!"

  The men all nodded, and one gave me a confused look, which I could not read. I ignored it, before Lex took my hand and led me inside one of the labs.
  He led me over to a table, before I saw the one and only, General Zod lying on the table.
