"Lez." I said at parang nagliwanag ang paningin ko. It could be her this time.

I saw her roll her eyes at saka siya tumayo. "Idiot. It's me."

"you? I kne--"

"It's Avery Kingston." she said in a irritated voice. "I thought you're going to change your mind if ever you're going to see me today but it seems like you're still seeing me as that person again. How can we work together if you're like that?"

Napakunot ang noo ko. "Work?"

She roll her eyes again and cross her arms. Lez na Lez talaga ang katarayan niya. "Grandpa Ray still didn't told you, right? That I'm Veronica who is going to be the Team Leader of Design Department."

Nanlaki agad ang mata ko. Siya si Veronica. Why do these people keeps making surprises for us?

"But it seems like you don't want me to work here. Okay then. I'll tell grandpa to remove that agreement and i'll just pay it off." she said at nagsimula siyang maglakad.

No. Hindi pwede. Hinarangan ko agad siya na ikinakunot ng noo niya. "Do you even know what you're doing?" she said at parang may halong galit.

"I apologize. I sincerely sorry. I hope you'll forgive me. Since you're already here, do you want me to give you a tour around the company as an apology?" sabi ko sa kanya at saka ko siya ningitian.

"Okay." she fastly answered. Nagulat ako. Another opposite attitude of Lez. I need to know kung si Lez ba to' or sadyang ibang tao na talaga siya.

Lumabas na kaming dalawa ng office only to see na nasa tapat ng pinto si Ate Yani. As she saw Avery, she gasp at nabitawan niya pa ang phone niya. "Lez?"

"Ugh, that girl again. How many times do I have to tell you that I'm not that girl? Ian, tell her!" iritang sabi ni Avery.

I look at Ate Yani. "Hindi siya si Lez."

"Edi sino siya?"

"Avery Kingston. Fiance ni Eljon Federo."

Napatitig ulit si Yani sa kanya. Hindi siguro siya makapaniwala sa nakikita niya. I agree. Walang taong hindi magugulat pag nakita si Avery. Kuhang-kuha niya talaga ng mukha ni Lez kahit saang kasulok-sulokan pa ng parte ng mukha niya.

"So why she's here?" Napalingon ako sa tanong ni Yani.

"She's the new Team Leader of Design Department." I answered at nilingon ko naman si Avery. "Ms. Avery, is it okay if you'll be one who'll check her designs? She wants to apply as one of your design members. Yani is the name."

Napakunot ang noo niya at saka niya tiningnan si Ate Yani mula ulo hanggang paa. "Ofcourse." he quickly respond at saka siya kumilos at inikotan si Ate Yani. Ano kayang ginagawa nito?.

"From the way she dressed herself, I think she has a quite model fashion taste. Should I take your designs that you're going to pass to me as a challenge?" diretso niyang sabi kay Ate Yani at saka niya binigyan ng ngiti.

Biglang nanahimik si Ate Yani. She must be reacting too much kasi from the way how Avery talks, nakikita niya siguro si Lez.

"Silence means yes!" she rapidly said at saka niya ako tiningnan. "Tour me next time." she said at saka siya naglakad palabas.

As we realized na nakalabas na si Avery, agad na masama akong tiningnan ni Ate Yani. Ano nanaman ba problema nito?

"Get that woman out of this company!" she rant with a gritted teeth.
