"Ano ng balak natin?" Avery asked.
"I'm still thinking." I said as I focused myself on driving the car.
"Did you really bullied her back in your high school days?" she asked unbelievably.
"Hindi ko maalala. Sila Rj ang madalas bumibiktima. I only know how to order." I answered.
"Then, it's you. Tapos nagseek siya ng help kay Lez which she turned down it. Grabe, hinahabol kayo ng kamalasan." pangaasar niya pa. "What an unbelievable fate."
"Oh wait, about sa birth certificate, mayroon talaga?" she asked again. Ano ba? Bakit ba ang ingay nito ngayon?
"Oo nga. Nanggaling mismo sa kapatid ni Almira. I have to investigate it. Malay mo, totoong tao nga si Avery Kingston." I explained.
"Totoong tao nga siya."
Nagulat ako sa sinabi niya at saka ko iginilid yung kotse. "Avery Kingston is real?" I said then I turn my head to her.
"Oo. She's Eljon's childhood friend. Before adopting him, he grew up in an orphanage kung saan nakilala niya si Avery. Unfortunately, he tried to go back kaso pagbalik niya, wala na siya."
"So you mean, Avery is somewhere out there?" I asked and she nodded as an answer. "Do you know theit story?"
"He didn't tell me. Yun lang ang sinabi niya sakin. Avery is real and was her childhood friend."
Bigla akong napaisip at naging curious. I started the car engine at saka ulit nagdrive. So, Eljon used her name in order to find her? Gusto siyang kausapin. I have to tell him na may nakarating sakin na birth certificate ni Avery mismo. Maybe, in that way, we can easily find the real Avery.

After dropping Avery, I mean Ona, ayy letse! Avery nalang since doon ko siya unang nakilala. After dropping her to the Emilia, dumiretso nako sa hospital. You know what? I'm still confused kung anong itatawag ko sa kanya. As you know, she's Ona. Yung former employee ni Lez sa Rominita. But who would believe a perfect plastic surgery of exact carbon copy of Lez's face was done to her? Damn.
Sa sobrang bilib ko sa doctor na yon, mabilis akong nakarating sa hospital kaya agad rin akong nakarating sa room ni Lez only to see Eljon watching news.
"I heard the news. Atrina was cleared."
"Almir--"
"And I heard everything from Avery. Madaldal siya. Dapat mong malaman yun." he said as he turned off the TV. "Where is it? Avery's birth certificate."
"You have to tell me your story first."
"I will tell you if the birth certificate is real and match with what I know." agad niyang sagot. I sometimes find his personality so amazing. He's too straight-forward and know how to deal things.
I stopped from my brief thinking and let out a sigh.

"Ayan yung binigay sakin ni Juli, sister of Almira. Naliligaw daw sa bahay nila. That's why she handed it over to me." "Eljon?"
I saw his eyes trembling at napapansin kong napapahigpit ang hawak niya sa papel.
"I grew up in an orphanage without knowing anything of my real family. I shared my memories there with Avery. She's real, I'm telling you. She once told me that she wasn't abandoned but she left her family because she wants to. Hanggang doon lang ang alam ko sa kanya. Suddenly, a man and woman showed up to me and claimed that they are my parents. Unfortunately, after ng visit nila sakin, they were involved in a car accident. My tragic story has spread up at doon ako nadiscover ni Lolo Zach. He adopted me and wasn't able to say goodbye to Avery. Hindi rin ako nakabalik agad dahil nagmigrate agad kami sa New York. I only returned 10 years ago at nabalitaan ko nalang na may nagsundo sa kanya a year after ng pagalis ko dun." pagkukwento niyo.
