number 1: you're loved, please remember that.
number 2: I think you're beautiful, and I probably haven't seen your face.
number 3: develop good spending habits now or you're going to end up broke.
number 4: some people just aren't meant to be your friends.
number 5: don't be nervous. take a deep breath, it'll be over soon, love.
number 6: find out what you're really passionate about. find something you love to do.
number 7: be grateful for what you have, not what you want.
number 8: if you have a dream, nurture it into something incredible.
number 9: don't be afraid to try new things. somethings you may end up liking a lot.
number 10: look in the mirror everyday and tell yourself you're beautiful until you start to believe it.
number 11: (in addition to #10) the journey to love yourself is going to be long, but it'll be worth it in the end.
number 12: stop saying your writing is terrible. one day you'll learn to appreciate your gift.
number 13: motivate yourself to get out of bed and do something wonderful, I promise it'll be benefit you later in life.
number 14: don't love so widely. instead, love more deeply.
number 15: you're going to get attached to people and places you've never been to or seen, but that's just a little piece in learning to be passionate about things.
number 16: if one thing doesn't work out, try something different, don't just give up completely.
number 17: I love you.
number 18: don't forget to give yourself love before anyone else.
number 19: (maybe) get in shape? it wouldn't hurt.
number 20: you shyness won't last forever; open up, be louder.
number 21: words are friends, use them to your advantage.
number 22: embrace the uniqueness of your body and personality.
number 23: even if you think something is impossible, just remember that I never thought I would see New York City, but I finally did.
number 24: socialize with your family more. they miss you too, you know.
number 25: it's okay to be sad, but know that it doesn't last forever.
number 26: work hard enough, and you'll go so far in life.
number 27: you may not be the best at something, but you're the best that you can be, and that's all that matters.
number 28: shape yourself to be the person you create in your imagination.
number 29: do something crazy courageous this year.
number 30: one day you'll learn how to do something, just give it some time.
number 31: if you love something, cherish it.
number 32: broaden your mind as much as you broaden your music taste.
number 33: treat yourself to things you enjoy, just because you can.
number 34: not everybody are bad, you just have to take a second to get to know someone.
number 35: some of your habits may be bad; try to stop yourself now while you can.
number 36: don't overwhelm yourself; you're just one person, remember that.
number 37: your education is important, but not important enough to damage your well-being.
number 38: please remember to show kindness to every person and animal you meet.
number 39: don't hate your hair; one day you'll learn to love it.
number 40: learn how to study before it's too late! you're going to need it.
number 41: say 'please' and 'thank you', even when you don't want to.
number 42: your mind is incredible, let it wander from time to time.
number 43: plants are your friends too.
number 44: learn to appreciate your body; it's so beautiful.
number 45: if you're confused on what you want to do with your life, wait a little bit; one day you'll find something you're insanely passionate about.
number 46: don't regret too much, it'll end up haunting you in the future.
number 47: the world is too big for you to stay inside all day; go out and adventure it!
number 48: there's nothing better than a genuine laugh, so do it from time to time.
number 49: smile more! people are one-hundred times more likely to want to befriend you.
number 50: worthlessness is nonexistent when it comes to you. I promise you're worth something. anything. everything. you're so amazing. keep being you.
