We've all been defeated once or twice in our lives. Maybe a relationship hasn't worked out or you failed a class. But that's okay, because it gives us a chance to better ourselves.

You can maybe fix that defeated feeling in your relationship or if not work on healing for the next one. Know what went wrong and how you can change or better yourself for the next relationship that comes along.

As for the class you've failed, it's more so the same as the relationship. Instead, ask more questions in class this time around or put in the extra work you didn't do the last time.

So in my personal opinion, defeat isn't really defeat at all. It's more like hope.
