You were with Tony in his lab for the day, enjoying to have some time with him. You barely had any alone time with him because he was either in his lab a lot or you worked constantly. You worked for SHIELD, but you never got a day away, but you had practically begged Fury for a day off and luckily he had agreed, bringing in someone to take your place for a day or two. So here you were down in Tony's lab, watching him as he worked on one of his suits, like always.

"When are you going to be done?" you asked, setting your elbow on a table and putting your cheek in your hand, still watching him.

"I don't know." he said, not taking his eyes off of his suit. "Hopefully soon."

You got up off of your chair that you were sitting on and took Tony's arm, trying to tug him away from his suit, but he wouldn't budge. You kept pulling, but he was too focused. "Come on!" you said. "I wanna spend some time with you!" you whined to him. He chuckled, but kept working. You huffed and crossed your arms over your chest before going over to a table that had a bunch of random pieces on it. You grabbed some and started tinkering with them.

Before you knew it, Tony was done with his suit and was trying to get your attention, but now you were to focused on what you were doing. He just stood by and watched you, leaning against a table, a slight smirk on his face. You had your tongue stuck out of the corner of your mouth as you worked, making him chuckle. You reached for a screwdriver and then some bolts and other things.

You soon brushed your hair away from your face, smiling. You held up your new invention. It wasn't very big, but it looked functional for the small things you wanted it to do. You didn't even notice Tony watching you from the side. He was laughing silently as he watched you.

You jumped when he spoke up. "What's that?" he asked. You just about dropped your invention as you turned to look at him. You giggled.

"I don't know what to call it." you said, setting it down on the table next to you.

"What does it do?" he asked.

"I'll show you." you said, looking at it and focusing on it. You thought about the wrench that was over on the table across the room as it started hover. It hovered over to the table as a claw reached out and picked it up, bringing it back over to you. You smiled, your (E/C) eyes lit up at the functioning creation. "That's what it does." you said.

He looked impressed as he walked over to you, pulling you off of your chair and hugging you, smiling. "My little scientist." he said, making you giggle.
