ISAAC'S POV:¨
Where was she? She should've got out of school by now. I waited outside the school building for her. We were going to spend the afternoon together. Did she blow me off?
I saw Scott walking to his bike.
"Hey Scott!" I exclaimed and went up to him.
He looked up at me. "Isaac?"
"Have you seen Eleanor?" I asked him.
He shook his head. "No, why?"
"We were gonna spend the rest of the day together, but now it just looks like she bailed on me," I said and looked around the school grounds.
"I haven't seen her all day," Scott mentioned.
"Neither have I," I said. "To be honest, I don't think she's been the same after the trip to that motel,"
"Are you still worrying about that? Isaac its been a few weeks, she has seemed fine to me," Scott said. "Maybe she just wants more time to herself,"
"Maybe," I shrugged. I had a feeling in a back of my neck though. I felt like everything just wasn't okay. It felt like something was happening at that very minute, something that wasn't good.
"Why would she agree to hang with me today, if she wanted time to herself though?" I questioned.
I knew that thinking of the worst possible scenario in a situation like this was not the right thing to do and it probably wasn't even the case, but I couldn't get that thought out of my head. I loved her and I wouldn't allow myself to let anything bad happen to her. I would rather have it happen to me than to the person I cared about the most.
"Isaac I know you're being really protective of Eleanor right now, but lay off it a little. Dude you're acting way too tense right now," Scott said to try and calm me down. I was tense, I feel like I was always the one being the most tense.
I shook my head. "Didn't you have that feeling with Allison? The feeling when you were so sure that the other person, the person you cared about the most wasn't okay, like something had happened to them?"
"Yeah," he sighed. "There was always that feeling and at most times I was right,"
"I have that feeling," I said. "And I'm not just going to let it go,"
ELEANOR'S POV:
My head was pounding. It resembled the feeling of having a huge hangover. I woke up somewhere that I wasn't familiar of.
Soon I realised that both my hands and feet were tied up with chains that were stuck to the ground. I was leaned against a brick wall.
"What the hell?" I muttered quietly to myself.
"Welcome back sleeping beauty," a familiar voice said except I didn't know where it was coming from. There were only shadows lurking around me.
"You are perfectly in time to settle in before we get started," The voice spoke again.
I looked around me as I breathed heavily. I was panicked. Where the hell was I? I didn't remember anything that had happened before.
Just in time for what? I asked myself.
And in seconds the origin of the voice was standing in front of me along with his cane and neatly polished shoes.
I couldn't look up, I didn't want to look up, I didn't want to speak, I just wanted to leave.
"C'mon now, you're not usually this shy. I think we have never properly introduced ourselves to one another,"
Deaucalion, it was him. With my luck, I knew sooner or later I would get caught for any of my stupid actions except right now it wasn't the case. Somehow all of this happened to me from out of the blue.
He bent down, I turned my head sideways and kept on looking down at the ground.
"Deucalion," he said and offered his hand. Why the hell would I be interested in shaking it. Giving him a warm greeting wasn't ideal action on my to-do-list.
"Now, now dear I don't feel you grabbing on to my hand," He said. "My sence of touch has only gotten more stronger,"
"I'm not interested in greeting creatures like you," I said quietly.
"I thought being polite would be one of your best qualities, looking at your school success, I believe that I am not wrong when I say that," he said.
I wasn't necessarily scared. I was more disgusted and revolted on even being in his presence. I wanted to leave and run, get the hell out off wherever I was, but being tied down and having the strength of a weakling didn't give me any chance or possibility to do so.
"What do you want from me? Shouldn't it be someone like Scott or Derek to be tied down tied down in this place? Why me?"
"That's a very good question," he said.
He lifted up his hand to touch my face, he ran his claws along my cheekbones and felt my face.
"I don't need Scott or Derek or any of them," he began. "I need you,"
Needed me? Why did he need me? What did I have that a strong werewolf like Scott or Derek or Isaac didn't have? Or why wasn't Allison or Lydia in this position? What was I worth? Last time I checked, I wasn't a person who had anything to do with being supernatural. I was a normal human like Stiles. Why wasn't he here? These questions were running through my mind.
"Why?" I muttered. "Why me? What do I have that gives you the need to chain me down in a dark place?"
"You haven't felt anything have you? I would have assumed that by now you would have realized it all yourself. I am here to only assist you in all of this," he questioned me. I didn't understand.
"No I haven't felt anything, I don't know what I should've felt by now," I raised my voice a little, but it cracked slightly.
"That night at the motel," he said. "Doesn't it make you wonder about things?"
I swallowed a lump in my throat. "How do you know about that night?" I whispered.
"I know more than you think Ms Smith,"
