ISAAC'S POV:

A lot had happened in a few weeks. We found out new details and solved important clues to help us and figure out the situation we were all in.

I hadn't seen her though, but a part of me kept on saying that I had to. I didn't know what it was and why, but we, us, we were left so unsolved. I still didn't really get what happened.

"What are you thinking about?" Allison asked me. We were sitting in the library. I had somehow spent a lot of time with Allison these past few weeks, that too also just weirdly happened.

"Huh?" I said snapping out of my thoughts.

"What's on your mind?" she asked.

"Stuff," I looked up at her. "The usual,"

"Stuff is what you always reply these days," she said and flipped the page in the book she was looking through.

I didn't want to carry on the subject about me thinking of stuff.

"Find anything in there?" I asked.

"Nothing yet," she replyed. "There is nothing here about anything we already didn't know. The basics about werewolves and shapeshifters in general,"

"We just have to wait for the pack meeting tonight I guess," I said.

We were going to Derek's tonight. Boyd had an idea that would help us defeat the alpha pack. It was the biggest worry on our minds at this point. Of course there was the Darach too, but that hadn't been figured out yet. The alpha pack had done so much harm already and taken one of our own. Defeating them was going to be hard, but we had to try everything.

"I guess," she sighed and shut the book.

Later that day I arrived at the loft with Boyd. Allison had went to help Scott with something leaving us time to do what we had to do.

"What's this plan of yours then?" Derek asked Boyd. I looked at him.

"Flooding the entire floor of this apartment and running a live electric current through it," Boyd said simply.

"And that's gonna work how? You know that we have to be in this loft too," I questioned his plan.

"In a pool of electrified water, it would take up to 50 milliamps to kill a normal human. That is less than the power it takes to turn on a light bulb," he explained. " Disabling the circuit interrupter in the building's electrical room means that the current will keep flowing through the flooded loft,"

"So is that going to kill them or just us too?" Derek wondered keeping his arms crossed firmly in front of his chest.

"We just simply have to stay out of the water when we run the electric current through it," he cleared the plan. "We're gonna be fine, they'll be dead in seconds,"

"We should get to work then, " I said and followed Boyd's orders as he clearly knew what he was up to.

It took us a couple hours for us to fill the the loft with water and set all the wires checking very carefully that they weren't on as we were setting all of it up.

As those few hours of building and perfecting the trap were over, we just waited. We had received a text from Scott saying that Kali was coming for Derek and she wants him dead just like Deucalion. The alpha pack or part of it were on their way. We stayed out of the water, sitting on wooden platforms in parts of the loft.

Suddenly I realized

something and looked at the power bank on the wall. The light that meant that the power was on was no longer on.
